Bonnie S. Hay, 66, Kokomo, passed away at 6 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2013, at her home in Kokomo. She was born Oct. 28, 1946, in Angola, the daughter of Archie K. Hamilton and Cleo (Fraley) Hamilton. On June 18, 1977, in Columbia, Ohio, she married John M. Hay, who survives.
She worked as an office manager for Wicks Building Materials and was a manager for Hardies Foods retiring in 2000. She loved sewing, reading and horses. She was 4-H leader for many years.
Surviving are her husband, John M. Hay, Kokomo; son, Michael J. Hay, Kokomo; daugher, Andrea Thompson, San Antonio, Texas; four grandchildren, Bethnei, Brittnay, Ryan and Payton; and a sister, Judy Geren, Montpelier, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mt. Zion Free Methodist, 13048 S. 400 W., Kokomo. Pastor Russ Veldman will officiate. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston. Memorial contributions may be made to the Roof Fund for the Mt. Zion Church.
