She was a member of the Pythian Sisters, and a retired member of the Psi Iota Xi Sorority in Attica.

Mary leaves behind three children, Linda L. (Robert) Haworth, Rochester, Vicki S. (Arpad) Vass, Lilburn, Ga., and Robert D. (Valarie) Maus, Attica; six grandchildren, Lisa (Mike) Malone, Lora (Lee) White, Molly Vass, Ben Vass, Nathan Maus and Amy Maus; four great-grandchildren, Megan (Brandon) Miller, Morgan Malone, Matthew White and Wyatt Maus; a great-great-granddaughter, Jaclyn Leigh Miller; a special niece, Candi Crye, Ft. Myers, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Ford and Lou Spaulding; and her three sisters, Lula Henderson, Letha Wilburn and Ruth Scheiber.

Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica. O.E.S. services will be held at 7 p.m. by Fern Chapter #194. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, with Pastor Janet Luchs officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica.
