Joyce Earlene Miller, 70, Kokomo, died at 2:32 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital after an extended illness. She was born March 31, 1942, in Marion, the daughter of Lester Earl and Irene Edna (Peters) Duncan. On March 26, 1967, in Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, Kokomo, she married, Gene R. She enjoyed quilting, refunding, playing slot machines, watching reality shows, reading, bowling, making Christmas candy and going on cruises. She had a flair for decorating and enjoyed everything Christmas, including adding to her collection of antique Santas. Most of all she loved time spent with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son, Vincent Bart Miller; and one brother, Kevin Douglas Duncan.

Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Friends are invited to call from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
