Arrests

Monday, 12:45 p.m., deputies arrested Andrew Rygiec, 45, Peru, at the Miami County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 1:20 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female and 16-year-old female at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Monday, 2:20 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew Bitzell, 24, Swayzee, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Monday, 3:43 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft.

Monday, 4 p.m., deputies arrested Guadalupe McGuire, 35, 1100 block of West Jefferson Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Monday, 5:51 p.m., deputies arrested Kalya Craven, 25, Russiaville, in the 600 block of North Dixon Road, on a warrant for false informing.

Monday, 5:55 p.m., police arrested Kevin L. Yard, 40, 600 block of North Courtland Avenue, at Preble Street and Courtland Avenue, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 6:04 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old female at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Blvd., each on a charge of conversion.

Monday, 7:57 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Sycamore Street and Apperson Way North, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Monday, 9:25 p.m., police arrested Marcus Brooks, 41, 3000 block of Providence Lane, at Community Howard Regional Health Systems, 3500 S. LaFountain St., on a charge of public intoxication.

Monday, 11:46 p.m., police arrested Bryan Richardson, 24, 800 block of North Webster Street, at that residence, on charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Tuesday, 1:02 a.m., deputies arrested Trisha Taylor, 37, Russiaville, in the 7700 west block of 180 South, on warrants for petition to revoke and failure to appear.

Thefts

Monday, 8:10 a.m., the theft of a Blackberry Touch, a Harley Davidson hooded sweater and other items valued at $310 was reported from the Garden Inn, 4020 S. LaFountain St.

Monday, 8:15 a.m., the theft of a 26-inch mountain bicycle and a 50-foot orange extension cord valued at $150 was reported from a vehicle in the 1500 block of North Jay Street.

Monday, 9:59 a.m., the theft of a laptop valued at $1,500 was reported from the 2900 block of North Delphos Street.
