Judy Kay Kelly, 72, Ocala, Fla., passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at Legacy House Hospice Center. She was born Jan. 18, 1941, in Kokomo to Wayne and Emogene (Rayl) Jones.
Judy was a 1959 Kokomo High School graduate. She worked for Delco Electronics for 32 years and retired in 1994. Judy loved to go shopping and fix up her house.
Survivors include a daughter, Jessica (Jace) Sorenson, West Lafayette; son, Bret A. (Tammy) Kelly; sister, Kathy Galloway, Ocala; brothers, Dave Jones, Young America; grandchildren, Jason (Amanda) Kelly, Shannon (Jason) Hargraves and Erika Caylor; great-grandchildren, Clayton Kelly, Sophie Kelly, Peyton Hargraves and Royce Hargraves.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Emogene; and a brother, Larry Jones.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, with Pastor John Rhodes. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
