Nina Imogene Ford, 81, Frankfort, passed away at 6:20 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2013, at Community Howard Regional Health. She was born Dec. 12, 1931, to Fred G. And Judie M. (Miller) Wilson in Palestine, Ark. On Dec. 12, 1956, Nina married James T. Ford. He passed away Feb. 21, 2005.
Nina was a member of Galilean Missionary Baptist Church. She loved playing bingo, quilting, collecting dolls and watching Syfy Channel.
Survivors include daughter, Dorris (Bill) Long, Kokomo; son, James (Julie) Ford, Fred (Jo) Ford, Gettingsville; brother, Junior (Annella) Wilson, Kempton; nine grandchildren, Tonya Hudson, Renee Key, Anna Ford, Brenna Ford, William Ford, Brooke Ford, Bailey Ford, Brett Wood and Brock Wood; 12 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Ford; two sisters; and one brother.
Funeral services will be at noon Friday at Stout & Son Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St., Russiaville, with Pastor John Ankron officiating. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the start of the funeral service Friday. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery in Tipton.
