Cheers & Jeers: March 16, 2013

Thanks for a collossal chocolate celebration

Dean Despinoy, Chocolate Celebration Committee Chair, and Jamey Henderson, Executive Director, Samaritan Caregivers, sends this Cheer to all those who helped in making another successful Chocolate Celebration:

“Despite a below zero wind chill, chocolate lovers congregated at Kokomo’s First Church of the Nazarene recently for Samaritan Caregivers 11th annual Chocolate Celebration. Heartfelt appreciation to the sweetest sponsor ever: J. Edwards Fine Chocolates. Thanks also to Haynes International for additional sponsorship. Over 3,800 servings of chocolate were enjoyed, raising over $12,500 to ensure no-cost solutions for people 65 and over still living at home in Howard County.
