Police reports - Friday, Jan. 18, 2008

Howard County arrests

Tuesday, 8:55 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male at the Robert J. Kinsey Youth Center, on a charge of being a runaway.

Tuesday, 10:36 p.m., police arrested Myron L. Campbell, 39, 800 E. Hoffer St., at that residence, on charges of invasion of privacy and warrants for two counts of failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11:56 p.m., police arrested Amanda L. Eshelman, 23, Elwood, in the 1800 block of South Washington Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 8:30 a.m., deputies arrested Mikaela S. Small, 22, 1400 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 9 a.m., deputies arrested Kenneth L. Rogers Jr., 30, 1000 block of East Taylor Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 11:15 a.m., police arrested a two juveniles, ages 16 and 17, at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, noon, deputies arrested David M. Miller, 39, 6200 south block of 550 East, at the Howard County jail, on body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Valerie Rose, 48, Frankfort, at the Howard County jail, on a theft warrant.

Wednesday, 6:18 p.m., police arrested Deon S. Taylor, 26, 1300 block of West Sycamore Street, in the 1200 block of West Walnut Street, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Thursday, 3:20 a.m., police arrested Kevin W. Street, 49, 1300 block of South Purdum Street, in the 800 block of Belvedere Street, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Thursday, 3:50 a.m., police arrested Kyle Gilman, 32, Indianapolis, at Mayfair and U.S. 31, on a charge of operating a vehicle while being an habitual traffic offender.

Thefts

Tuesday, 8:59 a.m., a Peru resident reported the theft of assorted copper tubing and wiring from a vacant home.

Tuesday, 11:16 p.m., a resident of the 700 block of North Main Street reported the theft of a Glock 9-mm handgun and a X-Box 360 game system.

Wednesday, 6:37 a.m., a resident of the 1700 block of South Union Street reported the theft of CD’s, a CD case and a Craftsman tool box valued at $400 from a garage at that residence.

Wednesday, 8:14 a.m., a resident of the 1000 block of South Armstrong Street reported the theft of CD’s, cigarettes and a pair of binoculars valued at $150 from that residence.

Wednesday, 11:17 a.m., a resident of the 200 block of South Western Avenue reported the theft of $700 to $800 worth of tools from a truck
