Howard County arrests

Friday, 4:02 p.m., police arrested a 14-year-old boy in the 2000 block of North Buckeye Street, on a charge of theft, a class D felony.

Friday, 9:47 p.m., police arrested Vaughn E. Schuessler, 42, 100 block of East Markland Avenue at Taylor and Apperson Way on charges of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor, and resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 12:07 a.m., police arrested Jake B. Koon, 1000 block of South Indiana Street, in the 1700 block of South Bell Street, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors, a Tipton warrant and a warrant for resisting law enforcement.

Saturday, 12:13 a.m., police arrested Elmer Leroy Spencer, 47, 250 block West 300 South in the 2800 block of South Lafountain Street, on a charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Saturday, 2 a.m., police arrested Rebecca E. Hagood, 42, 2300 block of Balmoral Boulevard, on charges of operating while intoxicated, a class D felony, possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance, schedule II, a class D felony.

Saturday, 8:38 a.m., police arrested Tracey L. Bogue, 39, 400 block of West Walnut Street, on a charge of invasion of privacy, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 12:29 p.m., police arrested Belinda A. Huffman, 27, Peru, at Sears, 1235 S. Reed Road, on a charge of theft, a class D felony.
