Police reports - Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008

Howard County arrests

Tuesday, midnight, deputies arrested Jake B. Coon, 29, 1000 block of South Indiana Street in the 1800 block of West Markland Avenue for failure to appear for domestic violence battery, a class A misdemeanor.

Tuesday, 8:47 a.m., police arrested 16-year-old boy in the 400 block of Devonshire Drive.

Tuesday, 9 a.m., police arrested Laurice L. Corwin, 30, 500 block of West Lordeman Street, at that location, for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 10:56 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew R. Chriswell, 27, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at that residence, on a charge of domestic battery, a class D felony.

Tuesday, 1:25 p.m. deputies arrested Joseph Woody, 27, 1200 block of South Elizabeth Street in the adult probation office on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 5:19 p.m., police arrested Aysha C. Guffey, 30, 2100 block of North Locke Street, at that residence for failure to appear and a warrant for driving while suspended, a class A misdemeanor.

Tuesday, 5:19 p.m., police arrested Jason E. Guffey, 37, 2100 block of North Locke Street at that residence for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 5:30 p.m., deputies arrested Jamie Glassburn, 27, Galveston, at 1800 West Markland Avenue, on a charge of theft, a class D felony.

Tuesday, 6:17 p.m., police arrested Phil D. Williams, 48, 300 block of North Market Street, at Markland Avenue and Armstrong Street, on three counts of failure to appear.

Wednesday, 3:01 a.m., police arrested Torrey A. Snow, 27, 1900 block of West Carter Street at Lordeman and Morrison streets, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 3:16 a.m., deputies arrested Joseph A. Sutherland, 32, 2100 block South 300 East in the 2100 block South 300 East on a charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Theft

Tuesday, 10:30 a.m., an employee of Kokomo Auto World, located at 3813 S. Lafountain St., reported $3,000 cash stolen.
