Howard County arrests

Wednesday, 9:50 a.m., deputies arrested Kelly N. Morgan, 29, 1800 block of Hogan Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.

Wednesday, 10:10 a.m., deputies arrested Karl J. Cohen, 22, 1900 block of West Madison Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 10:40 a.m., deputies arrested James Cannon, 65, 600 block of East Mulberry Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 1:40 p.m., deputies arrested Kevin D. Schafer, 20, 4500 east block of 200 South, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Robert Bammerlin, 27, 4800 east block of 50 North, at the Carroll County jail, on a body attachment warrant and petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 12:50 a.m., deputies arrested Latisha Lowe, 28, Fort Wayne, at the Allen County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear for fees hearing.

Thursday, 11:05 a.m., deputies arrested Dallas Mossholder, 38, 2300 block of North Plate Street, at the Howard County jail, on two warrants for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 11:25 a.m., deputies arrested Steven E. Mays, 37, Elwood, at the Howard County jail, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Thursday, 2:43 p.m., police arrested Victor E. Galloway, 51, 200 west block of 300 South, in the 1300 block of South Locke Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 3:25 p.m., police arrested Cameron R. Dockerty, 21, 2800 block of Tumbleweed Drive, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 5:42 p.m., police arrested Jeffrey L. Arwood, 19, 5700 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at that residence, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Thursday, 6:49 p.m., police arrested Rhonda S. Ridge, 50, 2500 block of North Armstrong Street, at Philips and Tate streets, on a charge of public intoxication.

Thursday, 7:30 p.m., police arrested Betty L. Jackson, 21, and Sherman J. Jackson, 25, both of the 1100 block of South Dixon Street, at that residence, each on a theft warrant.

Thursday, 8:33 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Wickersham East and Wickersham North, on a charge of carrying a handgun without a permit.

Friday, 4:30 a.m., police arrested Devaughn L. Thompson, 31, 600 block of West Sycamore Street, at St. Joseph Hospital, 1907 W. Sycamore St., on a charge of public intoxication.

Theft

Wednesday, 4:09 p.m., a resident of the 1000 block of South Courtland Avenue reported the theft of a Toshiba TV, a Compact computer and miscellaneous items.

Tipton County arrests

Friday, 12:17 a.m., deputies arrested Wesley T. McCleery, 29, Elwood, on a charge of driving while suspended.
