Howard County arrests

Friday, 10:50 a.m., police arrested Raheem Young, 26, 1000 block of East Elm Street, at 800 E. Hoffer Street, on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.

Friday, 11:10 a.m., deputies arrested Allan Hoff, 41, 2100 block of North Washington Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for a Class D felony invasion of privacy charge.

Friday, 11:24 a.m., deputies arrested David G. Moree, 61, 4400 east block of 100 South, at home, on a warrant for a misdemeanor charge of possession of a switchblade.

Friday, 12:50 p.m., deputies arrested Jamie L. Cross, 41, Winchester, at the Randolph County Jail, on a warrant for a Class D felony charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Friday, 1:25 p.m., deputies arrested Christina McGuire, 28, 1900 block of North Lindsay Street, at the Grant County Jail, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Friday, 3:04 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male in the 400 block of South Main Street, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Friday, 4:15 p.m., police arrested Steven J. Bender, 32, 1100 block of East Monroe Street, in the 1300 block of South Waugh Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 3:31 p.m., deputies arrested Danny L. Langley, 60, 6000 block of Waubese Way, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for two misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy.

Friday, 4:21 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female and a 17-year-old female at Wal Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., each on a charge of conversion.

Friday, 5:55 p.m., police arrested Charisma Huddleston, 19, 700 block of West Jackson Street, at that residence, on a warrant for aiding, inducing or causing arson, theft and mischief.

Friday, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Amy J. Gillem, 33, 1600 block of Primrose Lane, at the Howard County Jail, on warrants for misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.

Friday, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Zachary Bowser, 27, Indianapolis, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment.

Friday, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Aaron Brown, 25, 400 block of South Deer Creek, Galveston, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Friday, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Tim A. Altman, 20, no address given, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment.

Friday, 7:18 p.m., deputies arrested Ashley F. Borland-Bray, 23, 1400 block of Dunham on Berkley, at home, on a body attachment.

Friday, 8:58 p.m., police arrested Jason Heck, 20, 1500 block of South Indiana Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Friday, 9:17 p.m., police arrested Kenneth Carpenter, 25, 1200 block of South Buckeye Street, in the 1000 block of East Firmin Street, on charges of resisting law enforcement, battery on a police officer and theft.

Friday, 9:30 p.m., police arrested Laura Bandy, 34, 2000 block of St. Louis Drive, at Howard Regional Health System, 3500 S. LaFountain St., on a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Saturday, 12:04 a.m., police arrested Brian R. Davis, 23, 5800 north block of 150 West, at 1530 E. Boulevard, on a Tipton County warrant for violation of probation.

Saturday, 1:51 a.m., police arrested Phillip D. Williams, 40, 300 block of North Market Street, at 1207 S. 17th St., on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.

Saturday, 3:45 a.m., deputies arrested Ladonna M. Mullins, 36, 100 block of Michael Lane, Sharpsville, at U.S. 31 and 500 South, on a warrant for failure to appear on a public intoxication charge.

Saturday, 4:26 a.m., police arrested Christopher Collins, 32, 500 block of Salem Drive, at LaFountain Street and Boulevard, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 1:46 p.m., police arrested Marquis Hollingsworth, 26, Sharpsville, at Diamond Street and Vaile Avenue, on a charge of driving while suspended with prior, a class A misdemeanor.

Tipton County arrests

Friday, 5:17 p.m., deputies arrested Lloyd S. Morley Jr., 54, 1100 west block 200 North, Tipton, on a charge of domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 12:05 a.m., police arrested Ross Brown, 39, Tipton, on charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 2:13 a.m., deputies arrested Matthew Rulon, 24, Arcadia, on charges of operating while intoxicated, a class D felony, operating while intoxicated refusal, a class A misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, a class C misdemeanor.
