Howard County arrests

Monday, 3:28 a.m., deputies arrested Adam C. Sutherland, 19, 800 block of East Sycamore Street, at Canterbury Drive and Cherry Hill Lane, on misdemeanor charges of illegal consumption of alcohol and false informing, and on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 3:28 a.m., deputies arrested Adam A. Jerrell, 18, 1500 block of Boca Raton Boulevard, at Canterbury Drive and Cherry Hill Lane, on a misdemeanor charge of illegal consumption of alcohol and a warrant for a misdemeanor charge of minor in possession of alcohol.

Monday, 4:16 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 1000 block of North Washington Street, on misdemeanor charges of battery and criminal mischief.

Monday, 9:07 a.m., police arrested Lester L. Bagwell Jr., 1800 block of Cricket Hill Lane, at home, on a warrant for failure to pay child support.

Monday, 9:28 a.m., deputies arrested Jeremiah D. Bray, 27, 500 block of East Morgan Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment.

Monday, 10:58 a.m., deputies arrested Ryan G. Craig, 21, 900 block of North 600 West, at the Howard County Courthouse, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Monday, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Rhiannon M. Fritz, 30, 800 block of South Washington Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment.

Monday, 2:38 p.m., deputies arrested Jevon N. Anderson, 31, 500 block of East Sycamore Street, at Howard County in-home detention, on misdemeanor charges of battery and trespass.

Monday, 2:50 p.m., deputies arrested Zachary A. Burns, 27, 300 block of North Main Street, Tipton, in the 5300 block of Algonquin Trail, on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge.

Monday, 4:55 p.m., police arrested Candice M. Armstrong, 22, 400 block of West Taylor Street, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear and on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 4:55 p.m., police arrested Matthew C. Debusk, 22, 400 block of West Taylor Street, at home, on two warrants for failure to appear, including failure to appear on a Class D felony charge of resisting law enforcement.

Monday, 7:46 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male, in the 400 block of South Main Street, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Monday, 8:29 p.m., police arrested two 14-year-old females, in the 1200 block of South Reed Road, on misdemeanor conversion charges.

Monday, 9:43 p.m., police arrested Tony L. Clemons, 41, Pine Valley Apartments, at home, on a misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy.

Tuesday, 7:08 a.m., deputies arrested Bobby Jennings II, 44, Indianapolis, at Ind. 26 and U.S. 31, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 8:50 a.m., deputies arrested Bradley Heavilon, 31, Peru, at 600 North and U.S. 31, on a warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 9:35 a.m., deputies arrested Isaiah Kenner Jr., 43, 600 block of South Purdum Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 9:40 a.m., deputies arrested Shannon Morgan, 38, 150 west block of 300 South, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 9:43 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey C. Stephenson, 43, 900 block of Apperson Way South, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of trespass.

Tuesday, 12:05 p.m., deputies arrested Leonard Perry, 54, Granger, at the Elkhart County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 3:27 p.m., police arrested Karri R. Huckleby, 21, 800 block of Harvest Drive, at that residence, on a warrant for aiding, inducing or causing robbery.

Tuesday, 3:44 p.m., police arrested Dawn Estep, 34, 400 block of South Main Street, at that residence, on a warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 4:18 p.m., police arrested Garth A. Cole, 46, 300 block of East Mulberry Street, in the 200 block of North Union Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Tuesday, 5:08 p.m., deputies arrested Melissa Byrd, 37, 400 block of South Main Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 6:15 p.m., deputies arrested Lindsay Carpenter, 22, 2200 block of Glenora Court, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for battery, mischief and petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 7:47 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 1100 block of South Ohio Street, on charges of possession of marijuana and dealing in marijuana.

Tuesday, 8:27 p.m., police arrested Tamara L. Johnson, 41, 800 E. Hoffer St., at that apartment, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 8;35 p.m., deputies arrested Danielle N. Reed, 23, 700 block of East Monroe Street, at the Howard County jail, on two body attachment warrants.

Tuesday, 10:35 p.m., police arrested Bob Giecewicz, 31, 800 E. Hoffer St., at his apartment, on charges of public intoxication, false informing and a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 11:30 p.m., deputies arrested Troy D. Butler, 28, 700 block of North Berkley Road, at the Howard County jail, on warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 2:02 a.m., police arrested Emmanuel A. Marino, 40, 2000 block of North Buckeye Street, at 1503 N. Davis Road, on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Wednesday, 3:44 a.m., police arrested Jennifer M. Rush, 20, 100 north block of 800 West, in the 300 block of North Armstrong Street, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Wednesday, 10:45 a.m., police arrested Phillip Cooper, 26, 1100 block of North Morrison Street, in the 200 block of South Union Street, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 12:12 p.m., police arrested Timothy W. McElroy, 37, 2800 block of Beachwalk Drive, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 6:33 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female in the 2500 block of North Armstrong Street, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Wednesday, 7:11 p.m., police arrested Michael Peden, 52, 400 block of South Washington Street, at 2820 S. LaFountain St., on a charge of public intoxication.

Thursday, 12:12 a.m., police arrested James M. Cree, 30, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at Webster and Kirk streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 2:49 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female in the 2400 block of Country Club Lane, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Thursday, 2:59 a.m., police arrested Mindy K. Mudd, 33, 1400 block of South Main Street, at 1527 S. Home Ave., on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, public intoxication and a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thefts

Monday, 10:17 a.m., a resident in the 600 block of East North Street reported the theft of gold and diamond jewelry, valued at $5,200.

Wednesday, 9:42 a.m., a Kokomo woman reported the theft of $2,000 in wiring from a furnace and walls from a resident in the 700 block of South Armstrong Street.

Wednesday, 12:40 a.m., Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., reported the theft of $340 in tools.

Tipton County arrests

Saturday, 4:42 a.m., police arrested Anthony Penley, 22, Tipton, on charges of operating while intoxicated, a class C misdemeanor, operating while intoxicated endangerment, a class A misdemeanor, failure to stop after property damage accident, a class C misdemeanor.

Monday, 12:39 a.m., deputies arrested Christopher Lambert, 46, Kokomo, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
