Arrests


Thursday, 3:30 p.m., deputies arrested Jason W. Ash, 30, 800 block of South Diamond Street, at the Howard County Jail, on three body attachments, and three warrants for failure to appear.

Friday, 1:06 a.m., deputies arrested Diamond C. Smith, 18, 1000 block of Linda Drive, at that residence, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol. Deputies also arrested Dustin L. McKinney, 19, 3500 south block of 350 East, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Friday, 4:22 a.m., police arrested Linda S. Burns, 39, 1800 block of North Jay Street, at that residence, on two warrants for failure to appear for fees hearing.

Friday, 5:32 a.m., police arrested Jana E. Whitehead, 43, 1400 block of North Leeds Street, in the 1100 block of West North Street, on a charge of trespass.

Friday, 7:50 a.m., deputies arrested Dustin K. Louks, 20, 5400 block of Longbow Drive, at home, on misdemeanor charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Friday, 9:17 a.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female in the 300 block of East Superior Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 10:55 a.m., deputies arrested Prince L. Patterson, 25, 300 block of North Apperson Way, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for misdemeanor charges of battery, interfering with reporting a crime and mischief, and a warrant for a Class C felony intimidation charge.

Friday, 11:05 a.m., police arrested Evan Shook, 18, 2500 block of Burning Tree Lane, at that residence, on charges of possession of marijuana and truancy. Police also arrested a 16-year-old male on a charge of truancy.

Friday, 11:05 a.m., deputies arrested Michael N. Long, 25, 300 block of East Murden Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment.

Friday, 11:17 a.m., deputies arrested Andre A. Forbes, 25, South Bend, at St. Joseph County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 11:40 a.m., deputies arrested Michael A. Estep, 36, 1500 block of East Markland Avenue, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for a misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy.

Friday, 11:45 a.m., deputies arrested Angela M. Hawkins, 39, 700 block of North Wabash Avenue, on a warrant for a misdemeanor charge of never obtaining a drivers license.

Friday, 1:46 p.m., deputies arrested Ashley N. Comstock, 18, 300 block of West Havens Street, in the 1900 block of East Carter Street, on a warrant for a Class D felony charge of attempting to obtain a legend drug by fraud.

Friday, 3:25 p.m., police arrested Demarcus Green, 34, 1400 block of South Courtland Avenue, at that residence, on a possession of marijuana charge.

Friday, 5:21 p.m., deputies arrested Jeffrey B. Walls, 50, 2000 block of South 200 East, in the 1900 block of South Goyer Road, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 4:05 a.m., deputies arrested Tami K. Wisehart, 29, Peru, at Ind. 18 and U.S. 31, on a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor conversion charge.

Saturday, 4:40 a.m., police arrested Max Levine, 19, 600 block of North Berkley Road, in the 1600 block of West Judson Road, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Saturday, 5:35 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female in the 600 block of North Berkley Road, on charges of public intoxication and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Saturday, 11:45 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 400 block of South Union Street, on charges of possession of paraphernalia and incorrigibility.

Saturday, 11:50 a.m., deputies arrested Darrell P. Williams, 28, 4500 block of Mayfield Drive, in the 1200 block of Teepee Drive, on a warrant for failure to appear on a Class C felony burglary charge, and a Carroll County warrant for Class D felony charges of auto theft, false informing and identity deception.

Saturday, 5:25 p.m., police arrested Shane K. Thrasher, 36, Bunker Hill, at Lincoln Road and LaFountain Street, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Thefts

Wednesday, 12:30 p.m., Crites Excavating, 1636 W. Defenbaugh Road, reported the theft of a 1,000 foot roll of #6 duplex electric wire valued at $500.

Wednesday, 3:35 p.m., a resident of the 1100 block of East Foster Street reported the theft of a $500 pool cue and stereo equipment from his vehicle.

Wednesday, 4:59 p.m., a resident of the 2500 block of North Bell Street reported the theft of a 1993 Ford Escort valued at $1,500.

Wednesday, 6:18 p.m., a resident of the 800 block of South Buckeye Street reported the theft of two rolls of rubber roofing valued at $127.50.

Friday, 12:43 p.m., a resident in the 5100 block of Kickapoo Drive reported a handgun stolen from his residence.

Saturday, 6:36 p.m., a resident in the 100 block of St. Louis Court reported the theft of items from her residence.

Sunday, 10:42 a.m., employees at Steak N Sheak, 500 block of Essex Drive, reported the theft of $3.013.31 in cash.

Sunday, 1:10 p.m., a resident in the 1200 block of West Madison Street reported the theft of $180 worth of car parts.
