Arrests

Monday, 5:33 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of conversion.
Tuesday, 8:17 a.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female at Lafayette Park School, on a charge of harassment.
Tuesday, 9:26 a.m., deputies arrested Wryan Cook, 39, 800 block of West Grant Street, Greentown, in the 500 block of West Grant Street, on a warrant for harassment.
Tuesday, 9:30 a.m., police arrested Ysman A. Malik, 40, 11000 west block of 600 North, in the 200 block of West Superior Street, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and implied consent.
Tuesday, 11:01 a.m., deputies arrested William See, 51, 2200 north block of 250 East, at the Cass County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke.
Tuesday, 11:06 a.m., deputies arrested Jeremy Leazenby, 21, Logansport, at the Cass County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.
Tuesday, 12:45 p.m., police arrested Christopher A. France, 28, 1800 block of South Market Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Tuesday, 2:05 p.m., deputies arrested Paris Stewart, 23, 1200 block of North Indiana Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Tuesday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Brent A. Francis, 35, 900 block of South Bell Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for noncompliance with in-home detention.
Tuesday, 2:48 p.m., deputies arrested Andrew W. Smith, 28, 1300 block of Imperial Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to stop after an accident.
Tuesday, 3:15 p.m., deputies arrested Nancy L. Woodard, 53, 1100 block of East Taylor Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on warrants for petition to revoke and failure to appear.
Tuesday, 3:41 p.m., police arrested Timothy E. Marr, 32, 600 block of Marsha Court, at Berkley Road and Sycamore Street, on a body attachment warrant.
Tuesday, 4:05 p.m., police arrested Scott A. Fewell, 24, 2600 block of North Washington Street, at Washington and Lordeman streets, on a body attachment warrant.
Tuesday, 4:11 p.m., police arrested William Corbin, 56, 80 E. Hoffer St., at that residence, on charges of public intoxication and battery on a police officer.
Tuesday, 4:40 p.m., deputies arrested Jeffrey Minor, 26, on a charge of driving while suspended.
Tuesday, 5:35 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 600 block of North Berkley Road, on two counts of mischief.
Tuesday, 5:52 p.m., police arrested Nicholas W. Cooper, 25, 1100 block of West North Street, on eight warrants for failure to appear for fees hearing.
Tuesday, 5:55 p.m., deputies arrested Jeremy Vaness, 26, 1900 block of North Bell Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for criminal mischief.
Tuesday, 7:15 p.m., deputies arrested Samuel Czech, 29, 1500 block of West Markland Avenue, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Tuesday, 7:16 p.m., police arrested David D. Garrison, 42, Las Vegas, at Home and Markland avenues, on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Tuesday, 8:05 p.m., police arrested Kenneth S. Nix, 45, 400 block of North Purdum Street, at Home Avenue and Boulevard, on a body attachment warrant.
Tuesday, 8:30 p.m., police arrested Jermaine M. Nix, 30, 400 block of North Purdum Street, at Home Avenue and Boulevard, on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Tuesday, 8:30 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 400 block of Devonshire Drive, on a charge of auto theft.
Wednesday, 12:10 a.m., police arrested Tyler J. French, 19, 5700 block of Wampum Drive, at Kyle Lane and Kyle Court, on charges of possession of stolen property and theft. Police also arrested Greg A. Jackson, 20, same address, on a charge of aiding, inducing or causing theft.
Wednesday, 12:44 a.m., police arrested Bryan C. Moore, 22, Kentucky, at U.S. 31 and Sycamore Street, on a charge of public intoxication.
Wednesday, 1:21 a.m., deputies arrested Jon Binder Jr., 29, 2600 block of St. Louis Drive, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.
Wednesday, 2:54 a.m., deputies arrested Brian C. Stapleton, 31, on charges of public intoxication and possession of marijuana.
Wednesday, 3:05 a.m., deputies arrested Eric S. Hornbuckle, 30, on a Boone County warrant.
Thefts
Tuesday, 4:30 a.m., Creative Financial Design, 2704 S. Goyer Road, reported the theft of two rolls of chain link fencing valued at $170.
Tuesday, 4:30 p.m., Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, reported the theft of a Yamaha marching baritone valued at $1,000.
