Howard County arrests

Friday, 2:40 a.m., deputies arrested Jason D. Cox, 33, 100 block of South Main Street, at 500 South and U.S. 31, on two warrants for failure to appear.

Friday, 9:45 a.m., police arrested George Ranard, 23, 600 block of Elk Drive, at home, on a warrant for a Class D felony charge of domestic battery, and a warrant for interfering with reporting of a crime.

Friday, 10:25 a.m., deputies arrested George J. Ranard, 23, 600 block of Elk Drive, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment.

Friday, 11:14 a.m., deputies arrested Robert Dailey, 43, Lake Station, at the Porter County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear on a Class C felony charge.

Friday, 2:57 p.m., deputies arrested Michael K. Hopkins, 55, 700 block of Witherspoon Drive, in the 1100 block of Columbus Boulevard, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 7:43 p.m., deputies arrested Leo S. Burge, 19, 300 block of North Walnut Street, in the 1500 block of East Boulevard, on two misdemeanors charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Friday, 9:15 p.m., deputies arrested Velda L. Winn, 37, 300 block of Fawn Drive, at home, on warrant charges of residential entry, a Class D felony, and battery resulting in bodily injury.

Friday, 11:28 p.m., deputies arrested Nicholas T. Arnett, 39, 900 block of East Carter Street, at Ind. 26 and 300 West, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Saturday, 12:20 a.m., deputies arrested Ondrea L. Moulder, 33, 1100 block of South Buckeye Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.

Saturday, 2:59 a.m., deputies arrested Zachary A. Wallace, 19, 4400 south block of 00 East/West, at Council Ring and Arrowhead boulevards, on a charge of operator never licensed.

Saturday, 3:29 a.m., deputies arrested Kimberly A. Black, 23, Lakeland, Fla., at Savoy Lane and U.S. 31, on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 3:48 p.m., deputies arrested Danny M. Henry, 32, 400 block of West Walnut Street, Greentown, at Goyer and Carter roads, on two misdemeanor charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:57 p.m., deputies arrested Justin R. Graves, 25, 1800 block of West Carter Street, at home, on a Cass County warrant for charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Saturday, 5:55 p.m., deputies arrested Jeremy D. Cecil, 31, 1500 block of North Washington Street, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 2:46 a.m., deputies arrested Jeanette A. Schafer, 49, 4500 block of East 200 South, at 200 South and Cameron Drive, on a body attachment.

Sunday, 3:38 a.m., police arrested Sieyumbe Arrington, 29, 1100 block of South Courtland Avenue, in the 1200 block of South 17th Street, on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of battery and resisting law enforcement, and a sight arrest for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Sunday, 4:10 a.m., police arrested Jesse J. Harris, 24, 2500 block of South Courtland Avenue, in the 1200 block of South 17th Street, on charges of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor, and resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor.

Sunday, 4:31 p.m., police arrested Christopher T. Jackson, 26, 600 block of South Market Street, at Locke Street and Markland Avenue, on a misdemeanor invasion of privacy charge.

Sunday, 5:11 p.m., police arrested Tony Hammond, 47, 1700 block of Lincoln Road, at Taylor Street and Apperson Way, on a warrant for a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.
