Arrests

Saturday, 3:29 p.m., police arrested Shande Renee Morgan, 32, 150 West 300 South, at her residence, for failure to appear for fees.

Saturday, 6:13 p.m., police arrested Jay T. Powell, 23, 500 block of East Gano Street at Fisher and Apperson Way, for failure to appear, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 7:27 p.m., police arrested Felix Reyes Rios, 55, 1800 block of East Firmin Street, at his residence, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 8:01 p.m., police arrested Mitchell Sean Davis, 32, 600 block of Brandon Street at Jefferson and Cooper on a warrant.

Saturday, 8:35 p.m., police arrested Jeffrey Lynn Mulkey, 40, 800 block of West Alto Road at his residence on a charge of theft.

Saturday, 10:39 p.m., police arrested Barry Lynn Shepherd, 44, at Purdum and Jackson streets, on charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, a class D felony and public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Saturday, 10:59 p.m., police arrested Michael P. Beatty, 48, 700 block of South Brandon Street at Main and Defenbaugh streets, on charges of operating while intoxicated, a class D felony and public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Sunday, 4:19 a.m., police arrested Steven Ray France, 25, 1900 of North Lindsay Street at Taylor and Apperson Way on a charge of public intoxication, a class B misdemeanor.

Sunday, police arrested Danny J. Bagby, 22, 1800 block of North Wabash Street, at his residence, on charges of domestic violence battery, interference and trespassing.
