Arrests

Thursday, 7:59 p.m., deputies arrested Sheila K. Lowe, 32, 1100 block of South Armstrong Street, at that residence, on a warrant for check deception.

Thursday, 8:33 p.m., police arrested Daniel E. Walsh, 29, 800 block of Harvest Drive, at U.S. 31 and Alto Road, on charges of possession of marijuana in excess of 30 grams and dealing in marijuana. Police also arrested Demetrius Sinclair, 18, Indianapolis, and Paul D. Works, 32, 800 block of Harvest Drive, each on charges of possession of marijuana in excess of 30 grams and possession of marijuana with the intent to deal.

Thursday, 10:14 p.m., police arrested Andrew F. Gust, 22, 3000 block of Vinton Circle, at that residence, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Thursday, 10:58 p.m., police arrested Joseph A. Perry, 22, 1100 block of South Elizabeth Street, in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street, on charges of battery on a police officer, resisting law enforcement, intimidation and possession of paraphernalia.

Thursday, 11:28 p.m., deputies arrested David L. Butler, 22, 1500 block of West Markland Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for dealing in cocaine.

Thursday, 11:34 p.m., police arrested Michael Stupp, 38, no address, in the 1800 block of West Carter Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Friday, 12:17 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Hoffer and Waugh streets on a charge of resisting law enforcement and a warrant.

Friday, 1:38 a.m., police arrested Robert E. Lewis, 19, 1000 block of Elm Street, in the 1800 block of South Plate Street, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol. Police also arrested Clarence Jackson, 23, same address, on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.

Friday, 12:35 p.m., police arrested Gabrielle Kirby, 23, in the 900 block of East Elm Street, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Friday, 3:07 p.m., police arrested Joseph Gardner, 40, 500 block of West Monroe Street, at 4001 S. Dixon Road, on charges of forgery and theft.

Friday, 4:46 p.m., police arrested Brandon Irvin, 37, 3300 block of Weathered Rock, in the 400 block of West Mulberry Street, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Friday, 5:46 p.m., police arrested Corrine D. Andreas, 25, 5100 north block of 200 West, in the 800 block of West Virginia Avenue, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Friday, 8:41 p.m., police arrested Andre J. Perry, 37, Marion, Lowe’s, 4005 S. LaFountain St., on charges of theft and battery.

Friday, 10:20 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male at Gerhart and Bell streets, on a charge of battery.

Saturday, 12:14 a.m., police arrested Trent Gust, 43, 2800 block of East Center Road, on Apperson Way just south of Markland Avenue, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 1:20 a.m., police arrested Darius Randolph, 20, 500 block of East Monroe Street, in the 500 block of Southway Boulevard, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol and a warrant for petition to revoke.

Saturday, 1:30 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old female in the 1500 block of Belvedere Street, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Saturday, 3:13 a.m., police arrested Janice Brewer, 19, 800 block of North Purdum Street, at Scotty’s Bar, 2820 S. LaFountain St., on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Saturday, 3:15 a.m., police arrested Terrance C. Smith, 25, 900 block of East Broadway Street, at Scotty’s Bar, 2808 S. LaFountain St., on a charge of public intoxication.

Saturday, 3:18 a.m., police arrested Jeremiah Martin, 27, 1400 block of North Philips Street, at Scotty’s Bar, 2820 S. LaFountain St., on a charge of public intoxication.

Saturday, 3:36 a.m., police arrested Tammy K. Davis, 41, 3000 block of Vinton Circle, at Howard Regional Health System, 3500 S. LaFountain St., on a charge of public intoxication.

Saturday, 11:30 a.m., police arrested Kevin Catron, 40, homeless, at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on charges of theft and trespass.

Thefts

Thursday, 10:44 p.m., a resident of the 1800 block of North Leeds Street, reported the theft of an MTX amplifier, two 12-inch sub woofers and a head unit CD player valued at $1,300 from a vehicle in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street.

Friday, 7:35 p.m., a Logansport resident reported the theft of a gray 2003 Dodge Neon valued at $5,500 from the 2200 block of North Locke Street.
