Howard County arrests

Thursday, 11:45 a.m., police arrested Joseph D. Price, 23, Harvey, Ill., at Morgan Street and U.S. 31, on charges of reckless driving and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 7:44 p.m., police arrested Amanda Bogue, 20, 3700 north block of 80 East, in the 3700 block of South Reed Road, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Thursday, 8:42 p.m., police arrested Terry L. Davis, 44, 3000 block of Vinton Circle, at Southway Boulevard and Albright Road, on a charge of habitual traffic offender.

Thursday, 9:25 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft.

Friday, 12:23 a.m., police arrested Karen A. Moss, 46, Galveston, Fisher and Webster streets, operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 1:48 a.m., police arrested Kevin R. Smith, 34, 5300 north block of 50 East, in the 2100 block of North Webster Street, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thefts

Monday, 3:02 p.m., copper wiring and copper tubing were reported stolen from a residence in the 600 block of North McCann Street.

Tuesday, 2:28 a.m., a GameBoy and cash were reported stolen from a residence in the 1100 block of North Lindsay Street.

Tuesday, 6:11 a.m., items were reported stolen from the Russiaville concession stand.

Tuesday, 9 a.m., a central air conditioning unit was reported stolen from a residence in the 1200 block of Appletree Lane.

Tuesday, 9:30 a.m., copper piping valued at $1,200 was reported stolen from a residence in the 1100 block of North Phillips Street.

Wednesday, 3:06 p.m., the theft of two Motorola pre-paid phones, cash, two rings and a .25-caliber handgun was reported from a residence in the 400 block of West Taylor Street.

Wednesday, 3:18 p.m., the theft of a set of golf clubs valued at $1,000 was reported from a vehicle in the 300 block of Ruddell Drive.

Wednesday, 4:26 p.m., the theft of Terminator and Annihalator fireworks valued at $368 was reported by Mr. Fireworks, 1244 E. Gano St.

Wednesday, 10:11 p.m., the theft of a 4-month-old Chihuahua dog, a welcome sign, a JVC stereo/CD player and other items was reported from the 500 block of East Mulberry Street.

Thursday, 10:22 a.m., a 1972 GMC dump truck and a 1970 GMC dump truck with a yellow blacktop roller and concrete mixer were reported stolen from the 1300 block of East Murden Street.

Thursday, 10:27 a.m., the theft of cash, liquor and beer was reported stolen during a burglary at McCoy’s Cruise Inn, 1400 W. Markland Ave.
