Howard County arrests

Thursday, 12:34 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 200 block of Inland Drive,

Thursday, 3:45 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female at 1158 S. 17th St., on a charge of conversion.

Thursday, 6:46 p.m., police arrested Chance Rich, 31, 600 block of South Union Street, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a charge of theft.

Friday, midnight, police arrested Joshua Lee Thomas, 37, 800 block of North Union Street, in the 300 block of East Vaile Avenue, on a charge of public intoxication.

Friday, 12:32 a.m., police arrested Scott Trueblood, 33, Elwood, at Ohio and North streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
