Arrests

Wednesday, 1:30 p.m., deputies arrested James M. Zicari, 55, 200 block of North Philips Street, at the courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 3:10 p.m., deputies arrested Brandon M. Mulvaney, 23, 1500 block of West Markland Avenue at the adult probation lobby, on petition to revoke suspended sentence, two counts of failure to appear and attachment.

Wednesday, 7 p.m., deputies arrested Teresa Lawhon, 40, 1400 block of Dunham Street, in the 1800 block of West Markland Avenue, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 1:08 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old boy on South Ohio Street, on charges of intimidation, a class A misdemeanor, battery, a class A misdemeanor, illegal consumption, a class C misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana.
