Howard County arrests

Wednesday, 2:27 p.m., police arrested James Russell, 29, 2900 block of Amberwood Drive, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 5:42 p.m., police arrested a 12-year-old male at Marathon, 804 E. Markland Ave., on a theft charge.

Wednesday, 9:23 p.m., police arrested Michael R. Earl, 54, 4500 south block of 00 East-West, at LaFountain and Reynolds streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 12:17 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 800 block of West Monroe Street, on charges of intimidation and incorrigibility.

Thursday, 3:12 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 900 block of East Jefferson Street, on a charge of incorrigibility.

Thefts

Wednesday, 8:05 p.m., the theft of a plasma cutter valued at $2,500 from the 800 block of West Jefferson Street.

Wednesday, 9 p.m., the theft of diamond earrings valued at $200 from the 2500 block of North Buckeye Street.
