Howard County arrests
Friday, 8:58 a.m., police arrested a 17-year-old black male in the 900 block of West Havens Street, on charges possession of a handgun without a license, a class C felony, and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana, public intoxication, illegal consumption by a minor and possession of stolen property.
Friday, 2:32 p.m., police arrested Marcus Mayfield, 34, 1500 block of West Mulberry Street, on four counts of child neglect, possession of marijuana, dealing in marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance, all class D felonies.
Friday, 2:32 p.m., police arrested Rebecca M. Mayfield, 35, 1500 block of West Mulberry Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana.
Friday, 5:38 p.m., police arrested Vanessa Cartwright, 28, Tampa, Fla., at Wal Mart, 1900 block of East Markland Avenue, on a charge of theft.
Friday, 8:08 p.m., police arrested Mark A. Gillem, 30, 4700 block of 250 South, on a charge of failure to stop and driving with a suspended license.
Saturday, 1:52 a.m., police arrested Marcelle L. Kenner, 37, 1000 block of West Elm Street, on a charge of domestic battery.
Saturday, 7:44 a.m., police arrested Alexander A. Cobb, 20, 600 block of Marsha Court, on a charge of illegal consumption by a minor.
Saturday, 7:44 a.m., police arrested Cody D. Doucette, 19, 300 block of 400 South, on a charge of illegal consumption by a minor.
Saturday, 7:44 a.m., police arrested Cassisi J. Mosier, 20, 900 block of West Taylor Street, in the 300 block of 400 South, on a charge of illegal consumption by a minor.
Saturday, 7:44 a.m., police arrested Dustin K. Louks, 21, 1000 block of Chippewa Lane, in the 300 block of 400 South, on a charge of furnishing alcohol to minor.
Saturday, 10:50 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old black male in the 900 block of East Broadway Street on a charge of incorrigibility.
Saturday, 2:36 p.m., police arrested Zachary A. Bowlin, 20, 900 block of North Lindsay Street, in the 100 block of North Main Street, on a warrant on a charge of robbery, a class C felony.
Sunday, 12:02 p.m., police arrested Bruce N. Angievine, 40, Ostego, MI., in the 3700 block of Reed Road, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and open container.
Sunday, 1:44 a.m., police arrested George J. Ranard, 24, 1100 block of North Locke Street, in the 600 block of Elk Drive, on a charge of invasion of privacy.
Sunday, 3:38 p.m., police arrested DaShawn Davis, 35, 900 block of Wildwood Drive, near the intersection of Apperson Way and Harrison Street, on charges of resisting law enforcement, criminal recklessness, possession of marijuana and reckless driving.
Sunday, 3:47 p.m., police arrested Ray Jackson Sr., 42, 400 block of South Union Street, at the intersection of Harrison and Market streets, on two warrants for failure to appear.
Sunday, 9:29 p.m., police arrested Nicole D. Fondots, 24, 300 block of East Taylor Street, on charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.
Monday, 12:30 a.m., police arrested a 14-year-old white female in the 2300 block of Pebble Beach Drive as a runaway.
Thefts
Friday, 7:23 a.m., the theft of two fluke meters, tools, sump bump and drill valued at $900 from the 1500 block of Boca Raton Boulevard.
Friday, 9:10 a.m., the theft of a long pellet gun and two knives valued at $400 from the 300 block of East Murden Street.
Friday, 3:27 p.m., the theft of two Epson projectors valued at $2,948 from H.H. Gregg, 2021 E. Markland Avenue.
Friday, 3:48 p.m., the theft of a 2006 yellow moped valued at $800 from the 1600 block of Gleneagles Drive.
Friday, 4 p.m., the theft of a 2008 blue moped valued at $1,000 from the 2300 block of Burningtree Lane.
Saturday, 10:53 a.m., the theft of two Mickey Thompson slides and two center line mag wheels valued at $1,100 from Collin’s Auto Sales, 2019 N. Washington Street.
Sunday, 4:11 p.m., the theft of clothes valued at $443 from Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard.
