Howard County

Arrests


Wednesday, 4:17 a.m., deputies arrested Patricia Pace, 39, 4508 E. 200 South, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Usman Malik, 41, Russiaville, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 12:45 p.m., deputies arrested Ambrose Freeman, 22, 1000 block of North Bell Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 12:57 p.m., police arrested James E. Faiar, 37, 700 block of South Leeds Street, at that residence, on a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday, 4 p.m., police arrested Richard J. Avery Jr., 24, 500 block of East Superior Street, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 5:38 p.m., police arrested Angela D. Armfield, 35, 800 block of Harvest Drive, in the 2500 block of North Washington Street, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 8:30 p.m., deputies arrested Annette Whiteman, 39, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 10:54 p.m., police arrested Bret S. Cain, 27, Greentown, in the 1000 block of Touby Pike, on a charge of possession of marijuana. Police also arrested James N. Costello, 27, Plymouth, on a charge of carrying a handgun without a permit.

Thursday, 3:11 a.m., police arrested Jeremiah Bowen, 20, 1900 block of South Park Road, at Boulevard and Dixon Road, on warrants for two counts of fraud.

Thursday, 3:41 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male at Apperson Way and Vaile Avenue, on a charge of possession of a switchblade knife.

Thursday, 4:32 a.m., police arrested Dustin M. Jenkins, 20, 700 block of North Leeds Street, at McCann and Taylor streets, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and illegal consumption of alcohol.

Theft

Wednesday, 4:42 p.m., HH Gregg, 2021 E. Markland Ave., reported the theft of a compact HP laptop valued at $840.
