Arrests


Friday, 10:13 a.m., deputies arrested Deana M. Allen, 30, 1800 north block of 300 East, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 12:13 p.m., police arrested a 12-year-old male, in the 400 block of North Delphos Street, for incorrigibility.

Friday, 6 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male, in the 1000 block of South Reed Road, on a conversion charge.

Friday, 10:23 p.m., deputies arrested Steven J. Ramer, 30, 1100 block of South Washington Street, at Apperson Way and Markland Avenue, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Saturday, 3:50 a.m., deputies arrested Allyson E. Richeson, 21, 2300 block of Delon Avenue, at Lincoln Road and U.S. 31, on a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:48 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, in the 400 block of South Webster Street, on a misdemeanor battery charge. Police also arrested a 17-year-old male, at the same time and location, on a misdemeanor charge of aiding, inducing or causing battery.

Saturday, 7:36 p.m., deputies arrested Adam J. Mitchell, 45, 5500 south block of 750 West, at home, on a body attachment.

Saturday, 11:56 p.m., deputies arrested Hakim J. Burnett, 30, 400 block of Amberwood Circle, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, noon, police arrested Luke L. Debolt, 23, 2400 block of East Baxter Road, in the 1100 block of West Elm Street, on a warrant for failure to stop at the scene of an accident.

Sunday, 4:09 p.m., police arrested Jimmy C. Smith, 31, 1900 block of West Vaile Avenue, in the 1000 block of East Broadway, on a Class B felony possession of methamphetamine charge, a Class D charge of possession of a syringe, and a warrant for a Class D felony charge of failure to pay child support.

Sunday, 11:38 p.m., deputies arrested Jay T. Powell, 24, 500 block of East Gano Street, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 12:20 a.m., deputies arrested Craig L. Williams, 41, Monticello, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 3:22 a.m., deputies arrested Thomas L. Osborn III, 19, 2500 block of Elva Drive, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

Friday, 11:06 a.m., the theft of items from a vehicle was reported in the 3400 block of Weathered Rock Circle.

Saturday, 9 a.m., the theft of a 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun, valued at $450, was reported in the 200 block of North Purdum Street.

Saturday, 9:24 a.m., the theft of shelving units, valued at $1,000, was reported in the 800 block of South Reed Road.

Saturday, 10:53 a.m., the theft of a laptop computer and cash, valued in total at $1,112, was reported in the 800 block of West North Street.

Saturday, 12:34 p.m., Norfolk & Southern Railroad reported the theft of a camera and a cordless drill.

Saturday, 1:44 p.m., the theft of an air conditioning unit, valued at $5,000, was reported in the 400 block of East Lincoln Road.

Saturday, 4:04 p.m., the theft of items from a barn was reported in the 3500 east block of 400 South.

Saturday, 7:43 p.m., the theft of items from a vehicle was reported in the 4800 east block of 600 North.

Sunday, 12:25 p.m., the theft of Dodge engine parts and eight wheel rims, valued in total at $7,200, was reported in the 1600 block of North Courtland Avenue.

Sunday, 1:37 p.m., the theft of a 2007 Gator scooter, valued at $856, was reported in the 1000 block of East Laguna Street.

Sunday, 5:29 p.m., the theft of a jug containing about $250 in coins was reported in the 1400 block of South Belvedere Street.

Sunday, 11:36 p.m., the theft of cash and pizzas valued at $246 was reported in the 700 block of West Monroe Street.
