Howard County arrests

Wednesday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Seth H. Brown, 24, Bloomington, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 11:06 a.m., deputies arrested Jerry Oliver, 38, Marion, at the Howard/Grant county line, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Richard J. Huffer, 33, 900 block of West Superior Street, at the Howard County jail, on a Class C felony child molest charge.

Wednesday, 3:38 p.m., police arrested Richard E. Greene, 50, 1600 block of Elmwood Lane, at home, on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

Wednesday, 3:52 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female, in the 1400 block of North Washington Street, on a conversion charge.

Wednesday, 6:53 p.m., police arrested John Thatcher, 41, 1100 block of North Webster Street, in the 1500 block of West Markland Avenue, on a Class D felony charge of non-support child.

Wednesday, 8:33 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female, in the 700 block of South Berkley Road, on a misdemeanor battery charge.

Wednesday, 8:33 p.m., deputies arrested Toby Biehle, 21, 900 block of East Morgan Street, at home, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 8:29 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female, in the 1000 block of East Laguna Street, on a misdemeanor battery charge.

Wednesday, 9:27 p.m., deputies arrested Curtis A. Harness, 50, 3600 block of North 50 East, in the 300 block of South 00 East/West, on a public intoxication charge.

Wednesday, 10:02 p.m., police arrested Roland L. Roberts, 34, 600 block of West Jackson Street, and Joseph Castillo, 35, 600 block of West Taylor Street, both at Courtland Avenue and Broadway, each on a single Class B felony possession of methamphetamine charge, and each on a single misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge.

Wednesday, 11:26 p.m., police arrested Mark A. Jaimz, 27, 900 block of South Dixon Road, in the 1800 block of East Markland Avenue, on a Class D felony charge of non-support of a child.

Thursday, 10:30 a.m., deputies arrested Austin Harris, 19, 1100 north block of 300 East, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 2:20 p.m., police arrested Christopher A. Shirrell, 23, Rochester, and Nicole Ebner, 22, Rochester, at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, each on three counts of theft. Police also arrested two 16-year-old males on two counts of theft.

Thursday, 3:53 p.m., police arrested Steven E. Roberts, 40, 2200 block of West Jefferson Street, at Wal-Mart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on charges of theft of public intoxication.

Thursday, 4:01 p.m., police arrested Kevin D. Reede, 28, 700 block of South Washington Street, in the 700 block of South Armstrong Street, on two body attachment warrants, failure to appear.

Thursday, 8 p.m., police arrested Joyce D. Fivecoate, 38, Camden, in the 700 block of East Vaile Avenue, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Thursday, 8:04 p.m., police arrested David R. Long, 38, 400 block of West Mulberry Street, in the 700 block of West Walnut Street, on a charge of domestic violence battery.

Thursday, 11:08 p.m., police arrested William A. Bell, 43, 1100 block of Columbus Boulevard, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 11:12 p.m., police arrested Rick Lunsford, 59, 800 block of East Superior Street, at Sycamore and Longview streets, on a charges of public intoxication.

Thursday, 11:40 p.m., police arrested Lori D. Hite, 46, 200 block of East Carter Street, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.

Thursday, 11:51 p.m., police arrested Joseph Woodruff, 24, 4400 south block of 00 East-West, in the 2900 block of South Washington Street, on a charge of possession of marijuana and two warrants for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 11:56 p.m., deputies arrested Sara N. Williams, 22, 1500 block of South Webster Street, at that residence, on a warrant for conversion.

Friday, 12:28 a.m., police arrested Patrick Lawless, 19, 2700 block of North Washington Street, in the 300 block of East Havens Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Friday, 1:10 a.m., deputies arrested Heather M. Donnelly, 22, 600 block of Southlea Drive, at that residence, on a charge of conversion.

Friday, 4 a.m., deputies arrested Rick Lunsford, 59, 800 block of East Superior Street, at the Howard County jail, on a possession of marijuana.

Thefts

Tuesday, 9:01 a.m., the theft of tools, a bicycle and about $40 in cash was reported from the 400 block of West Walnut Street.

Tuesday, 1:18 p.m., a theft of copper was reported in the 3800 block of South LaFountain Street.

Tuesday, 3:47 p.m., the theft of items from a shed was reported in the 100 block of South 200 East.

Tuesday, 5:44 p.m., the theft of a 32-inch flat-screen television was reported from the 400 block of South Main Street.

Wednesday, 12:25 a.m., the theft of a purse, credit cards and 30 CDs was reported in the 4000 block of South LaFountain Street.

Wednesday, 5:47 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 1100 block of East Markland Avenue.

Wednesday, 6:26 a.m., the theft of three, 2007 model mo-peds, valued at $2,795, was reported in the 800 block of South Buckeye Street.

Wednesday, 8:32 a.m., the theft of aluminum concrete forms, valued at more than $35,000, was reported in the 2700 block of South Washington Street.

Wednesday, 10:33 a.m., the theft of an air-conditioning unit was reported from the 5100 block of Kickapoo Drive.
