Howard County arrests

Saturday, 1:23 p.m., police arrested Jason A. Stocker, 35, 500 block of Bradford Circle, at that residence, on a charge of battery, a class A misdemeanor.

Saturday, 4:04 p.m., police arrested Carl Edward Burton, 38, 900 block of South Waugh Street, at that residence, on a bench warrant for operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 6:18 p.m., police arrested Cheri C. Wilkerson-Ladd, 35, 1600 block of West Broadway Court, at that residence, on a charge of domestic battery, a class D felony.

Saturday, 7:04 p.m., police arrested Joseph Wayne Flynn, 24, 5700 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at Carter Street for failure to appear.

Saturday, 8:49 p.m., police arrested James McKoon, 35, 1600 block of South Main Street, at the same residence, on charges of receiving stolen property, a class D felony, resisting law enforcement and theft, a class D felony.
