Arrests


Sunday, 3:15 a.m., state police arrested Mark A. Cass, 52, 2800 block of Locust Drive, at Markland Avenue and 17th Street, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and implied consent.

Sunday, 3:31 a.m., deputies arrested Derrick C. Duke, 21, 900 block of North Lindsay Street, at Ind. 22 and 1250 East, on two charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a charge of public intoxication.

Sunday, 3:50 a.m., state police arrested Heather M. Albaugh, 25, 1500 block of North LaFountain Street, at U.S. 31 and Markland Avenue, on two charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 4:40 a.m., police arrested Douglas K. Cogdell, 48, 600 block of West Mulberry Street, in the 1000 block of South Locke Street, on charges of strangulation and domestic battery.

Sunday, 12:10 p.m., deputies arrested Anthony W. Mraz, 30, 700 block of West Main Street, Greentown, in the 600 block of West Main Street, on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Sunday, 2:10 p.m., police arrested Marisa N. Anderson, 20, 500 block of North Market Street, at home, on a charge of illegal consumption.

Sunday, 5:50 p.m., deputies arrested Jarrod D. Payne, 24, Galveston, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence, and a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 7:45 p.m., deputies arrested Ivan K. Brownlow, 53, 1700 block of South Main Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Sunday, 9:08 p.m., police arrested Leonel Escalona, 23, 1700 block of North Bell Street, in the 1500 block of Home Avenue, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors.

Sunday, 9:21 p.m., deputies arrested Tommy L. Sadler, 40, 5400 block of Longbow Drive, at home, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 11:55 a.m., deputies arrested Sean P. Rogers, 20, homeless, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 12:15 p.m., deputies arrested Michael P. Randolph, 34, 2000 block of North Waugh Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 12:40 p.m., deputies arrested Jason R. Bailey, 34, 2500 block of North Buckeye Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 12:49 a.m., police arrested Sean Cisneros, 27, 1600 block of North Webster Street, at the Howard County jail, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Monday, 1:58 p.m., deputies arrested Jacob M. Hyde, 18, 2900 east block of 100 North, at Alto Road and Brookshire Drive, on charges of never obtaining a driver’s license and failure to stop after an accident.

Monday, 2:50 p.m., deputies arrested Travis A. Smith, 32, 2800 block of West Sycamore Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 4:35 a.m., deputies arrested Jeremy N. Wilson, 29, 200 block of Rainbow Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 6:39 a.m., deputies arrested Andre D. Armstrong, 22, 1600 block of West Spraker Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for burglary, domestic battery and failure to appear, and on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Monday, 8:36 p.m., deputies arrested Richard E. Tedlock, 63, Greentown, on a warrant for failure to appear out of Franklin County.

Monday, 9:59 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua G. Scott, 32, 3000 south block of 350 East, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Monday, 10:25 p.m., police arrested Joe England Jr., 32, 400 block of West Walnut Street, at Walnut and Webster streets, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Monday, 10:54 p.m., police arrested Darnell Means, 41, 2400 block of North LaFountain Street, at Superior and Phillips streets, on charges of driving while suspended and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 12:22 a.m., police arrested Tonya Miller, 34, 500 block of South Main Street, at Markland Avenue and Washington Street, on a warrant for theft.

Tuesday, 10:57 a.m., deputies arrested Redrickia Humphries, 29, 1000 block of Moccasin Trail, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua L. Boyle, 26, 400 block of Country Lane, at the Howard County jail, on six warrants for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 1:47 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male in the 900 block of North Korby Street, on a charge of intimidation.

Tuesday, 3:02 p.m., police arrested Leonard Locke Jr., 55, 1200 block of West Taylor Street, at Leeds and Jefferson streets, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, 3:50 p.m., deputies arrested Cheryl Bryant, 38, 1200 block of South 17th Street, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 3:55 p.m., deputies arrested Christopher P. Bryant, 36, 200 block of North Market Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 5:32 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 1400 block of North Washington Street on charges of conversion, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
