Arrests

Wednesday, 9:45 a.m., deputies arrested Michael J. Thrasher, 49, 600 block of North Webster Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a Marion County warrant for two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and driving after being adjudged a habitual traffic violator, a Class C felony.

Wednesday, 12:30 p.m., deputies arrested Joseph A. Walker, 32, 600 block of East Lordeman Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11:06 a.m., deputies arrested Eddie Spence, 44, Groovertown, at the Starke County Jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 11;30 a.m., deputies arrested James B. McKoon, 35, 1600 block of North Main Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for two Class D felony counts of theft.

Wednesday, 11:35 a.m., deputies arrested Wayne R. Livingstone, 48, Paris, Ill., at the Edgar County (Ill.) Jail, on a warrant for a Class D felony charge of auto theft.

Thursday, 12:12 a.m., deputies arrested Phoebe D. Graczyk, 24, 1200 block of East Alto Road, at home, on a warrant for a Class D felony fraud charge.

Wednesday, 8:21 a.m., deputies arrested Derek L. McElroy, 23, 3500 block of North 00 East/West, at home, on a warrant for a Class D felony charge of domestic battery.

Wednesday, 5:24 p.m., deputies arrested Cristina R. White, 19, 5600 block of Treaty Lane, at home, on a misdemeanor charge of battery resulting in bodily injury.

Wednesday, 5:30 p.m., deputies arrested Dustin A. Henderson, 20, 400 block of West Grant Street, Greentown, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for a misdemeanor conversion charge.

Wednesday, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Travis D. Smith, 23, 900 block of East Richmond Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence, and on a warrant for failure to appear.

Wednesday, 6:24 p.m., police arrested James R. McKinney, 58, 600 block of Springwater Road, in the 1900 block of East North Street, for public intoxication.

Wednesday, 11:24 p.m., police arrested Christopher P. Bryant, 35, 500 block of North Market Street, at home, on a misdemeanor invasion of privacy charge.

Thursday, 12:36 a.m., police arrested Patrick N. Walker, 22, 900 block of East Vaile Avenue, at Jay and Market streets, for public intoxication.

Wednesday, 5:47 p.m., police arrested Timothy Nester, 27, 3500 block of West Honey Tree Court, in the 1900 block of East Markland Avenue, on a petition to revoke suspended sentence.

Thefts

Tuesday, 11:58 a.m., the theft of a gold, 2000 Honda Accord was reported in the 2100 block of North Jay Street.

Tuesday, 4:28 p.m., a strong-armed robbery was reported in an alley near the intersection of Markland Avenue and Washington Street.

Tuesday, 4:50 p.m., the theft of wheels was reported from a garage in the 1000 block of Waubesa Court.

Tuesday, 7:50 p.m., the theft of tools was reported from the 3900 block of South 135 East.
