Arrests
Tuesday, 10:46 a.m., police arrested Rommel Stigger, 37, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at Boulevard and Park Road, on a charge of driving while suspended.
Tuesday, 2:23 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on charges of possession of marijuana and reckless possession of paraphernalia.
Tuesday, 3:31 p.m., police arrested Kevin Essett, 34, 500 block of James Drive, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.
Tuesday, 4:29 p.m., police arrested Brittany N. Wells, 24, 400 block of West Mulberry Street, at that residence, on warrants for driving while suspended and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident.
Tuesday, 5:16 p.m., police arrested Antoine L. Abbott, 30, Rochester, at St. Joseph Hospital, 1907 E. Sycamore St., on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to deal, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. Police also arrested Dion Jones, 24, 400 block of East Walnut Street, at Main and Harrison streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.
Tuesday, 5:37 p.m., police arrested Ronald T. Putman, 31, 1700 block of South Indiana Street, in the 2300 block of South Washington Street, on warrants for three counts of failure to appear.
Tuesday, 7:48 p.m., police arrested Sharlette D. Woodard, 37, 1500 block of North Jay Street, at that residence, on body attachment warrant.
Tuesday, 8:11 p.m., police arrested Dorothy B. Thomas, 35, homeless, at Southway Boulevard and Albright Road, on a body attachment warrant.
Tuesday, 8:50 p.m., police arrested Aimee L. Cox, 36, 600 block of East Gerhart Street, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.
Tuesday, 9:40 p.m., police arrested James E. Smith, 42, 900 block of Boston Drive, at that residence, on a warrant for petition to revoke.
Tuesday, 11:10 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old female at Main and Lordeman streets, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Tuesday, 11:25 p.m., police arrested Larry E. Gilliam, 48, 1200 block of North LaFountain Street, at LaFountain and Broadway streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.
Thefts
Monday, 11:53 a.m., the theft of $300 in cash was reported from St. Joseph Hospital, 1907 W. Sycamore St.
Tuesday, 12:15 p.m., the theft of $1,800 in food was reported from Lexi’s Drink Barn, 200 N. Washington St.
Tuesday, 7:18 p.m., the theft of a PlayStation 3, six games and two controllers was reported from Jefferson Crossing.
Tuesday, 7:38 p.m., the theft of $400 in miscellaneous coins, a silver necklace and a digital camera was reported from the 1700 block of Boca Raton Boulevard.
Tuesday, 8:28 p.m., the theft of a Nintendo Wii and an Hitachi DVD/video camera was reported from the 600 block of East Morgan Street.

Sept. 1, 3:07 p.m., police arrested Kurt M. Barker, 28, 200 block of East Canal Street, Peru, on a body attachment.
Sept. 1, 3:10 p.m., state police arrested Rebecca R. Imus, 30, 1100 Barksdale Avenue, Peru, on charges of aiding, inducing or causing an offense.
Sept. 1, 9:35 p.m., an officer from the Indiana Department of Correction arrested Matthew R. Burbella, 24, Cummings, Ga., on a warrant charge of escape.
Sept. 2, 12:34 a.m., police arrested Dustin A. Chase-Hileman, 21, 500 block of West Seventh Street, Peru, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Sept. 2, 9 a.m., deputies arrested Steven F. Ostafin, 20, 200 block of East Second Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of possession of marijuana.

Sept. 2, 1:20 p.m., deputies arrested Mattie L. Lawson, 22, 400 block of Hawk Court, Peru, on a warrant charge of domestic battery.
Sept. 2, 2:38 p.m., state police arrested Carl M. Brown III, 29, 400 block of Amberwood, Kokomo, on a felony charge of being a habitual traffic offender for 10 years and a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while never licensed.
Sept. 2, 6 p.m., deputies arrested Willis J. Ogle, 55, 2700 East block of 400 North, Denver, to serve 24 hours in jail.
Sept. 2, 7:20 p.m., deputies arrested Clarence D. Wingard, 75, 2000 West block of Old Stone Road, Peru, on a warrant charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Sept. 3, 10:15 a.m., deputies arrested Mandy Fitzpatrick, 28, 800 South block of Plate Street, Kokomo, on an order to serve 117 days in the department of correction.
Sept. 3, 5:05 p.m., deputies arrested Robert R. Maldonado, 28, 100 block of East Franklin Street, Peru, on a warrant charge of violation of probation.
