Howard County arrests

Tuesday, 9:30 a.m., deputies arrested Charles Alexander, 47, 1500 block of East Taylor Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for noncompliance with in-home detention.

Tuesday, 11:05 a.m., deputies arrested Jennifer Spence, 19, 600 block of East Markland Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for conversion.

Tuesday, 11:41 a.m., deputies arrested Eddie D. Williams, 35, South Bend, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Tuesday, 4:25 p.m., Dennis A. Franklin, 31, 2800 east block of 50 North, turned himself into the Howard County jail, on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 4:28 p.m., deputies arrested Jennifer L. Walker, 25, 5000 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at that residence, on a body attachment warrant.

Tuesday, 5:41 p.m., deputies arrested Michael D. Sharp, 18, 500 block of East Havens Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 6:35 a.m., deputies arrested Rick J. Lunsford, 59, 800 block of East Superior Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Wednesday, 11:14 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female in the 1400 block of East Monroe Street, on a charge of runaway.

Wednesday, 12:04 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male in the 900 block of East Superior Street, on a charge of battery.

Wednesday, 2:15 p.m., police arrested a 12-year-old male, at Bon Air, 2800 block of Apperson Way, on charges of battery and disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, 3:49 p.m., police arrested Jack Fiedler, 50, 800 block of North Morrison Street, at that residence, on two counts of maintaining a common nuisance.

Wednesday, 5:26 p.m., police arrested Dameon Earving, 20, 900 block of East Broadway Street, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on two charges of dealing in cocaine.

Wednesday, 6:35 p.m., police arrested Anthony Marshall, 26, Chicago, at the Howard County jail, on two counts of dealing in cocaine.

Wednesday, 8:27 a.m., police arrested Lawrence C. Israel, 62, 6100 west block of 300 North, at the Howard County jail, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and one count of criminal recklessness.

Wednesday, 9:27 p.m., police arrested Dwight J. Staggers, 49, 1100 block of South Washington Street, in the 800 block of East Mulberry Street, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 1:35 a.m., police arrested Seth J. Peters, 27, 400 block of South Webster Street, at Steak-n-Shake, on a charge of public intoxication.

Thursday, 6:03 a.m., deputies arrested Neal H. Thompson, 23, 2300 block of North Jay Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for noncompliance with community corrections.

Thursday, 6:40 a.m., deputies arrested Zachary Phillips, 30, Walton, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.

Thursday, 7 a.m., deputies arrested Andrew LaLonde, 27, 1800 block of West Madison Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Thursday, 10:14 a.m., deputies arrested Heather N. Power, 18, 3000 west block of 300 South, at Western High School, on a charge of possession of a legend drug.

Thursday, 1:26 p.m., police arrested Kevin J. Taylor Jr., 24, 4700 block of South Park Road, at Armstrong and Harrison streets, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 1:30 p.m., deputies arrested Rodney C. Overlander, 46, Fort Wayne, at 2126 E. 00 North-South, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Thursday, 8:59 p.m., police arrested James C. Hobbs Jr., 30, 1000 block of East Hoffer Street, at Home Avenue and Hoffer Street, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 3:27 a.m., police arrested Edna M. McCoy, 43, 1100 block of North Wabash Avenue, at that residence, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Friday, 4:08 a.m., deputies arrested William E. Shadle, 68, 4508 E. 200 South, at the Howard County jail, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 4:35 a.m., Greentown police arrested Jeremy Fletchall, 23, Madison, on a charge of driving while suspended and two counts of possession of marijuana.

Friday, 4:40 a.m., Greentown police arrested Kedric, T. Athan, 20, Bluffton, on a charge of dealing in marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Friday, 4:50 a.m., Greentown police arrested Jeremy P. England, 27, Kokomo, on a charge of dealing in marijuana and a charge of possession of marijuana.

Thefts

Wednesday, 1:34 p.m., the theft of an air conditioning unit was reported from the 200 block of East Harrison Street.

Wednesday, 9:29 p.m., the theft of an Apple iPod valued at $200 was reported from the 300 block of East Walnut Street.

Wednesday, 11:27 p.m., the theft of a PlayStation 2 with games and controllers valued at $145 from reported from the 800 block of South Buckeye Street.

Thursday, 5:16 p.m., the theft of a Dell laptop computer, a laser mouse, two computer speakers and a modem, all valued at $925, from the 2300 block of North Jay Street.

Thursday, 10:23 a.m., the theft of a purse, checkbook, cash, makeup and debit card from the 600 block of North Dixon Road.
