Arrests
Wednesday, 8:15 a.m., deputies arrested Raisa L. Hale, 28, 1000 block of north LaFountain Street, at Howard Superior Court 4, on a warrant for failure to appear.
Wednesday, 9:51 a.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female at the Kokomo Police Department, on a charge of runaway.
Wednesday, 10:55 a.m., deputies arrested Richard Brown, 38, 900 block of East Broadway Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.
Wednesday, 11 a.m., deputies arrested Austin Reed, 19, 1000 block of West Walnut Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.
Wednesday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Brooke R. Hammer, 26, 1400 block of South Home Avenue, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for theft.
Wednesday, 1:15 p.m., deputies arrested David W. Parr, 39, 400 block of Morningside Drive, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for two counts of harassment.
Wednesday, 4:48 p.m., police arrested Dustin E. Prince, 18, 1900 block of South Park Road, at 2700 N. Washington St., on a charge of possession of a legend drug.
Wednesday, 5:05 p.m., deputies arrested Jennifer S. Red, 44, 1000 block of West Walnut Street, at the Howard County jail, on warrants for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Wednesday, 6:16 p.m., police arrested Frederick D. McCool, 26, 1700 block of Cherry Hill Lane, at Mulberry and Purdum streets, on charges of possession and dealing in a look-a-like substance and two counts of failure to appear.
Wednesday, 6:38 p.m., deputies arrested Kobre D. Cox, 23, 2700 block of North Washington Street, at that residence, on charges of possession of marijuana, intimidation, resisting law enforcement and interference with reporting of a crime.
