Friday, 1:32 a.m., police arrested Cory James Kellogg, 23, 3400 block of South Harvey Street, Marion, at 1400 W. Markland Ave., on charges of carrying a handgun without a permit and public intoxication.

Friday, 1:54 a.m., police arrested Michael Shane Smith, 35, 1600 block of North Lafountain Street, at 514 W. Richmond St., on two charges of failure to appear.

Friday, 1:30 p.m., police arrested Brandon A. Cobb, 29, 1100 block of North Phillips Street, at that residence, on a charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Friday, 3:20 p.m., police arrested Zachary Kent Bowser, 29, 2700 block of West Sycamore Street, at 1103 Wildwood Road, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Friday, 4:08 p.m., police arrested Bruce E. Clark, 41, 300 block of East Griffith Street, Galveston, at the intersection of John D. Drive and Kurtis Court, on charges of battery and invasion of privacy.

Friday, 5:18 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old boy, 7800 block of West 400 South, Russiaville, at 208 E. Southway Blvd., on a charge of conversion.

Friday, 6:07 p.m., police arrested Rhonda K. Helvie, 47, 1300 block of South Locke Street, at 800 E. Hoffer St., on a charge of identity deception.

Friday, 9:11 p.m., police arrested Timothy E. Rush, 27, 700 block of East Mulberry Street, at the intersection of Ohio and Sycamore streets, on a charge of habitual traffic violations.

Friday, 10:30 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old girl, 1900 block of South Park Avenue, at 100 S. Union St., on a charge of running away.

Saturday, 12:05 a.m., police arrested a 13-year-old boy, 400 block of North Park Avenue, at 1053 S. Calumet St., on a charge of incorrigibility.

Saturday, 1:27 a.m., police arrested Paul Brian Epperson, 42, 900 block of Woodland Avenue, at Washington Park, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 11:47 a.m., police arrested Michael Shawn Childers, 34, 1000 block of North Courtland Avenue, at that residence, on a charge of domestic battery.

Saturday, 7:33 p.m., police arrested Graham J. Saynders, 31, 700 block of South Calumet Street, at the intersection of Gano and Jay streets, on a body attachment warrant.

Saturday, 7:37 p.m., police arrested Anthony Scott Cicalo, 21, 600 block of Elk Drive, in the 900 block of Shore Bend, on charges of reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
