Arrests

Monday, 10:45 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old male at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of mischief.

Monday, 1:33 p.m., deputies arrested Roger A. Hayes, 69, 1200 block of Doud Drive, at 2350 W. 50 South, on a charge of obstructing traffic.

Monday, 1:40 p.m., deputies arrested Joshua D. Smith, 19, 900 block of South Bell Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 4:15 p.m., deputies arrested Rebecca Rubenault, 42, 1500 block of Belvedere Drive, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 5:46 p.m., police arrested James C.W. Miles, 46, 2200 north block of 400 East, in the 2200 block of North Bell Street, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Monday, 6:20 p.m., deputies arrested Kevin L. King, 28, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tuesday, 2:46 a.m., deputies arrested Edith Gray, 28, 600 block of Fawn Drive, at that residence, on a warrant for noncompliance with in-home detention.

Tuesday, 8:24 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley Road, on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Tuesday, 10:18 a.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 1000 block of East Taylor Street, on a warrant.

Tuesday,. 2:33 p.m., police arrested Amanda L. Shafer, 25, 1900 block of Hogan Drive, at Washington and Sycamore streets, on charges of driving while suspended and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 4:25 p.m., police arrested two 16-year-old males at the Robert J. Kinsey Youth Center each on a charge of theft; receiving stolen property.

Tuesday, 10:01 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old male in the 1000 block of East Dixon Street on a charge of incorrigibility.

Theft

Tuesday, 3:11 a.m., the theft of a silver 2001 Jeep Cherokee was reported from the Ultimate Place 2B, 5126 Clinton Drive.

Arrests

Monday, 2:40 p.m., deputies arrested Kevin Easterday, 28, 100 block of East Eighth Street, Peru, on a warrant charge and a charge of resisting law enforcement.

Monday, 5:14 p.m., deputies arrested Robert Fisher, 65, Warsaw, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Monday, 9:44 p.m., deputies arrested Nicholas Vossler, 23, 200 block of North Poplar Street, Amboy, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, 12:30 a.m., police arrested Bart K. Langevin, 42, Bringhurst, on a charge of trespass.

Tuesday, 1:40 a.m., police arrested Terri K. Ballengee, 42, Bringhurst, on charges of public intoxication (refusal) and disorderly conduct.

Tuesday, 1:45 a.m., police arrested Anthony D. Smith, 48, 2300 block of North Elizabeth Street, Kokomo, on charges of public intoxication (refusal), disorderly conduct and false informing.
