---- — • Travis Thomas, 31, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of cocaine and a Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, was sentenced to three years with 409 days executed and 605 days of in-home detention and one year suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.

• James L. Weese, 25, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 18 months with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Bradley Hannah, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to five years of his suspended sentence.

• Cory R. Dowden, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 425 days of his suspended sentence with 60 days in jail and one year of in-home detention with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment.

• Cole D. Lane, 20, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to 18 months with 183 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Andrea R. Lobenthal, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 98 days of her suspended sentence and an extended year of probation.

• Jonathan D. Wright, 25, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony theft, was sentenced to three years with one year executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Richard L. Berg Jr., 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, was sentenced to three years with 262 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Anna L. Downham, 28, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B misdemeanor public intoxication, was sentenced to 180 days with 24 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jessie Jackson, 43, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, was sentenced to three years with 406 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Rommel E. Stigger, 41, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony domestic battery, was sentenced to three years with 548 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment, Thinking For A Change program, as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Kevin Catron, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of non-compliance with in-home detention, was sentenced to 158 days of his suspended sentence and returned to probation.

• Tricia Clem, 28, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony theft and B misdemeanor false informing, was sentenced to 18 months with six months executed and the balance on probation and 180 days suspended. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently. As a condition of probation, she was ordered to pay court costs and probation fees.

• Buffy Jo Johnson Lewis, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of non-compliance, was sentenced to return to in-home detention.

• Kiara McKibben, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of petition to revoke, was sentenced to 195 days of her suspended sentence.

• Austin C. Calvert, 23, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with 10 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment and pay court costs and probation fees.

• Lori Hite, 51, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class A misdemeanor false informing, was sentenced to one year suspended except for 17 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Timothy Canfield, 54, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class D felony criminal confinement, was sentenced to two years with eight days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.
