Saturday, 5:25 p.m., deputies arrested Halley J. Quick, 24, Muncie, at the intersection of 400 East and 00 East/West on charges of driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance, obstruction of justice and resisting law enforcement.

Saturday, 7:25 p.m., police arrested Scarlett M. Glover, 32, 2600 block of North Washington Street, in the 100 block of East Center Road, on a parole violation.

Saturday, 8:19 p.m., police arrested Clifton A. Heath, 26, 200 block of North Market Street, at the intersection of Main and Jefferson streets, on a Madison County warrant for battery.

Sunday, 3:33 a.m., deputies arrested Zachariah F. McDowell, 26, Greentown, at the intersection of Lincoln Road and U.S. 31, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Sunday, 5:03 a.m., deputies arrested Jake L. Beck, 23, Swayzee, at the intersection of 1400 East and 00 North/South, on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Sunday, 6:03 p.m., police arrested Jason D. Phelps, 26, Noblesville, in the 1900 block of South Waugh Street, on a charge of domestic battery.

Sunday, 7:50 p.m., police arrested Matthew Rivera, 18, 600 block of East Mulberry, at the intersection of Market and Jefferson streets, on a petition to revoke and failure to appear.

Sunday, 9:16 p.m., police arrested Michael D. Schafer, 32, 5400 block of Council Ring Boulevard, in the 5200 block of Council Ring Boulevard, on charges of being a habitual traffic offender and resisting law enforcement, three warrants for failure to appear and a warrant for being an habitual traffic offender.

Thefts

Friday, 9:33 a.m., theft of an iPad and cable, valued at $680, from the 1200 block of East Boulevard.

Friday, 9:04 p.m., theft of a purse and contents, valued at $121, from the 1400 block of North Morrison Street.

Saturday, 8:59 p.m., theft of a 2008 white moped, valued at $1,500, from the 900 block of South Courtland Avenue.

Sunday, 6:44 a.m., theft of speakers, tools and a rifle kit, valued at $505, from the 2500 block of North Webster Street.
