June 26, 10:56 a.m., deputies arrested Cody A. Powell, 23, Logansport, on four failure-to-appear warrants.

June 26, 4:20 p.m., state police arrested Matthew J. Grenier, 25, Tullahoma, Tenn., on six charges of possession of a controlled substance and a charge of possession of marijuana.
