Wednesday, 5:37 p.m., police arrested Christopher L. Helm, 34, 50 block of East Spring Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Thursday, 11:02 a.m., deputies arrested Ronald Deaton, 50, 1000 block of West Main Street, Peru, on a warrant for possession of precursors.

Thursday, 7:20 p.m., police arrested Andrea L. Huntsman, 24, 200 block of North Water Street, Peru, on a charge of driving while suspended with priors and a failure to appear warrant.

Thursday, 9:05 p.m., deputies arrested Nick G. Toepfer, 26, Peru, on a charge of possession of heroin and possession of paraphernalia.

Friday, 10:45 a.m., state police arrested Christopher R. Warren, 44, 800 block of West Main Street, Peru, on a warrant for criminal mischief.

Friday 10:50 a.m., deputies arrested Sam Hicks Jr., 29, South Bend, on a failure to appear warrant.

Friday, 5:25 p.m., deputies arrested Bradley M. Randle, 22, 200 block of East Canal Street, Peru, on warrants for battery resulting in bodily injury, battery, strangulation, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Friday, 9:30 p.m., police arrested James T. Ebede, 29, 200 block of North Street, Amboy, on a warrant for conversion.

Friday, 10:40 p.m., state police arrested Richard L. Berg, 40, 4700 block of Pavaloin Court, Kokomo, on charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of a look-alike substance.

Friday, 11:30 p.m., state police arrested Lorrie A. Richie, 43, 4700 block of Pavaloin Court, Kokomo, on a charge of operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance.

Saturday, 2:11 a.m., police arrested Jonathan D. Winterrowd, 28, 12000 block of West 100 South, Kokomo, on charges of operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, operator never licensed and battery on a law enforcement officer.

Saturday, 2:37 a.m., state police arrested Joseph B. Esslinger, 32, 800 block of North Maple Street, Converse, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:30 p.m., police arrested Robert H. Smith, 29, 300 block of Adams Avenue, Peru, on a warrant for theft and driving while suspended with priors.
