---- — • Charliner Jones, 40, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to eight years with 913 days in prison, 912 days of in-home detention and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Toby Blankenship, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of petition to revoke, was sentenced to 548 days of his previously suspended sentence.

• Travis Lange, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of petition to revoke, was sentenced to 90 days of his previously suspended sentence.

• Brandon C. Wells, 35, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B misdemeanor unlawful gambling, was sentenced to 180 days suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jeremy Catron, 32, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with 164 days served and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Regina A. Quarles, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class A misdemeanor fraud, was sentenced to one year suspended to be served on probation with the conditions she pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Jordan Sheagley, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 60 days of his previously suspended sentence and an extended 90 days of probation.

• Tiran Eubank, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class D felony criminal recklessness, was sentenced to 18 months with 174 days served and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he complete 100 hours of community service, obtain his GED as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Phillip Castillo, 25, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class D felony non-support of a dependent, was sentenced to three years with 16 days served and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he pay current and delinquent child support as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Taurean Jones, 25, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to 12 years with six years in-home detention and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Billy Ray Young, 28, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and B misdemeanor public intoxication, was sentenced to three years with 730 days served and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees. He was sentenced to 183 days served on the second count, which is to run consecutively.

• Candice Armstrong, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 90 days of her previously suspended sentence and an extended 180 days of probation.

• Ricki Wise II, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 14 days of his previously suspended sentence and an extended 180 days of probation.

• Mark B. Hardy, 59, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to three years with 183 days in-home detention and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jetona M. Cox, 37, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to 18 months with two days served and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Kenneth Finch, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony burglary, was sentenced to four years all served in prison and pay restitution and court costs.

• Joey Snyder, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 1,460 days of his previously suspended sentence.

• Markiss Young, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to 18 months with 180 days served and the balance suspended to be served on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.
