Arrests

Monday, 8:52 a.m., deputies arrested Cody R. Vaughn, 25, 200 block of North Market Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke.

Monday, 9:10 a.m., police arrested Dawn M. Jarvis, 30, 500 block of Sundown Drive, at Fischer and Bell streets, on a driving while suspended charge.

Monday, 9:13 a.m., police arrested Michael W. Emery, 55, 900 block of South Union Street, in the 900 block of Apperson Way South, on a public intoxication charge.

Monday, 9:18 a.m., deputies arrested Thomas Zeider, 33, 600 block of West Walnut Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a petition to revoke.

Monday, 11:32 a.m., deputies arrested Cory A. Fagel, 23, 200 block of North Cooper Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 12:46 p.m., deputies arrested Daniel A. Mahoney, 46, 5800 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant for felony charges of stalking and intimidation.

Monday, 2:55 p.m., deputies arrested Floyd Stevison, 54, Memphis, Tenn., at the Vanderburgh County Jail , on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 2:55 p.m., police arrested Roy D. Price, 23, 400 block of South Union Street, at home, on a warrant for a felony theft charge.

Monday, 3:34 p.m., deputies arrested Bryan R. Avery, 28, 1300 block of North Armstrong Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant charge of cruelty to animals.

Monday, 3:38 p.m., police arrested Terry Preston, 30, 700 block of South Market Street, at Webster and Foster streets, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 10:09 p.m., police arrested Eric L. Nollenberger, 37, 1000 block of Apperson Way North, at Apperson and Elm Street, on a felony charge of habitual traffic violator.

Monday, 10:47 p.m., deputies arrested Adam M. Alvarez, 30, 10300 block of East 160 South, Greentown, at 950 East and 00 North/South, on charges of recklessness, reckless driving and operating while intoxicated.
