• Robert Rogers, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 32 days of his original sentence and returned to probation.

• Elizabeth Sherman, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to one years with two days served and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay court costs and probation fees.

• Charles Allen, 41, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of cocaine, was sentenced to three years in prison and pay court costs.

• Kevin Kaminski, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to one year with 22 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Robert S. Hilligoss, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 28 days of his original sentence and an extended year of probation.

• Roy W. McCarty, 29, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of marijuana, was sentenced to three years with 276 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Robert A. Gomez Jr., 34, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony obstruction of justice, was sentenced to two years with 232 days served and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Jenni M. Ward, 30, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony dealing in a look-a-like substance, was sentenced to six years with two years served and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• River L. Wells, 60, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class B felony aiding, inducing or causing dealing in marijuana, was sentenced to 10 years with six years served and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.
