Arrests

Wednesday, 9 a.m., deputies arrested Matthew R. Bitzell, 24, Greentown, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence.

Wednesday, 9:37 a.m., deputies arrested Robert M. Mau, 31, 6000 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at the courthouse, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Wednesday, 12:07 p.m., deputies arrested Nicholas R. Spencer, 24, 1000 block of South Plate Street, at the Howard County jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Wednesday, 12:50 p.m., police arrested Mark D. McNew, 28, 2400 block of Grey Twig Drive, in the 1900 block of East Markland Avenue, on charges of theft and resisting law enforcement.

Wednesday, 2 p.m., deputies arrested Christina A. Vincent-Smith, 38, 1000 block of East Dixon Street, at the Howard County jail, on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Wednesday, 4:04 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old female in the 1900 block of North Waugh Street, on a charge of disobedience.

Wednesday, 4:33 p.m., police arrested Dustin E. Hall, 18, 1700 block of North Webster Street, on a warrant for battery and residential entry.

Wednesday, 11:23 p.m., police arrested Daniel E. Walsh, 35, 3900 block of South Dixon Road, at Gano Street and Apperson Way North, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Thursday, 12:06 a.m., police arrested James E. Vann, 20, 1000 block of South Purdum Street, at Carter Street and U.S. 931, on a Miami County warrant for failure to appear.

Thursday, 1:35 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 1900 block of West Sycamore Street, on charges of possession of marijuana and theft.

Thursday, 3:41 a.m., police arrested Justin M. Harrington, 29, 5900 block of Council Ring Boulevard, at Buckeye Street and Boulevard, on charges of possession of marijuana, false informing and a warrant for petition to revoke.

Thefts

Wednesday, 10:36 p.m., the theft of a 32-inch plasma TV, a 19-inch TV, a DVD player, two DVDs and Christmas presents valued at $730 was reported from the 700 block of South Washington Street.
