---- — • Tony Walker, 51, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class D felony non-support of a dependent, was sentenced to one year with eight days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay current and delinquent child support and pay court costs and probation fees.

• Anthony Cropper, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class D felony battery, was sentenced to 18 months with 32 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete the Parenting Class through the Family Services Association as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Martin Thompson, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of non-compliance with in-home detention, was sentenced to 346 days in jail and returned to in-home detention.

• Austin Lawrence, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 42 days of his original sentence and returned to probation.

• Joshua Clark, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class D felony theft and A misdemeanor trespass, was sentenced to three years with two years in prison and one year in-home detention with the condition he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment; and one year executed with the sentences to run concurrently.

• Guadalupe McGuire, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of petition to revoke a suspended sentence, was sentenced to 139 days in jail.

• Jacob Williams, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class A misdemeanor battery, was sentenced to one year with four days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Billy Bess, 36, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class C felony operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic offender, was sentenced to four years executed in prison and have his driver’s license suspended for life.

• Michael Gonzales, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class B misdemeanor mischief, was sentenced to 180 days with 22 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay court costs and probation fees.

• Montae Reed, convicted in Howard Superior Court 2 of Class A misdemeanor battery and C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol, was sentenced to 60 days executed and 330 days executed with the sentences to run concurrently.

• Kirk C. St. Clair, 44, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class C felony possession of cocaine and A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, was sentenced to three years with 730 days of in-home detention and the balance on probation; and one year of in-home detention with the sentences to be served consecutively. As condition of probation, he was ordered to complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well pay court costs and probation fees.

• Christopher Breed, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class C felony burglary, was sentenced to six years with two years in-home detention and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Brian Bledsoe, convicted in Howard Circuit Court of Class C felony theft, was sentenced to one year with 56 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.

• Timothy Coulbern, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of petition to revoke, was sentenced to an extended year of probation.

• Stephen D. Ross, 24, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with two days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Darrell R. Buckley, 32, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced to one year with 22 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions he complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Heidi D. Smith, 33, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, and A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, was sentenced on each count to one year suspended to be served on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Rebekah A. Gross, 27, convicted in Howard Superior Court 1 of Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, was sentenced to one year with 12 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she complete and pay for drug and alcohol treatment as well as pay court costs and probation fees.

• Brittany Pyatt, 20, convicted in Howard Superior Court 4 of Class A misdemeanor conversion, was sentenced to one year with 198 days executed and the balance on probation with the conditions she pay restitution, court costs and probation fees.
