Arrests

Friday, 8:29 a.m., police arrested Phillip W. Cooper, 32, 1500 block of West Havens Street, at Markland Avenue and Plate Street, on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.

Friday, 10:27 a.m., deputies arrested Travis Lange, 25, Windfall, at the Howard County jail, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 10:36 a.m., police arrested Tony L. Bass Jr., 33, 500 block of East Boulevard, in the 1100 block of South Reed Road, on felony charges of theft, counterfeiting/forgery, and possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, 10:36 a.m., police arrested Amber L. Hagerman, 35, 200 block of West 300 South, in the 1100 block of South Reed Road, on three felony charges of counterfeiting/forgery.

Friday, 11:17 a.m., police arrested Adam M. Loos, 29, Walton, at Sycamore and Dixon roads, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Friday, 8:51 p.m., deputies arrested Julie A. Harris, 40, 7200 block of West 320 South, at home, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 9:41 p.m., police arrested Charles W. Medeiros Jr., 44, 3600 block of Bradford Court, at home, on a felony charge of domestic battery.

Friday, 9:43 p.m., police arrested Phillip D. Banks, 27, San Diego, Calif., at Vaile and Ind. 931, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 10:15 p.m., police arrested John F. Hozey, 46, 1400 block of East North Street, at North and Purdum streets, on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Friday, 10:55 p.m., police arrested Everette J. Johnson III, 24, 1300 block of North Lindsey Street, at Broadway and Phillips Street, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 10:46 p.m., state police arrested Terry L. Coolbaugh, 55, 4000 block of North Parkway Drive, at the south terminus of Ind. 931 and U.S. 31, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Friday, 11 p.m., police arrested Bryan E. McIntosh, 37, 1000 block of Columbus Boulevard, in the 5100 block of Clinton Drive, on a public intoxication charge.

Friday, 11:24 p.m., deputies arrested Eric D. Sims, 41, Converse, at 600 North and 50 East, on a felony charge of habitual traffic violator, and on misdemeanor charges of operating while intoxicated and public intoxication.
