Arrests

Sunday, 11:45 p.m., deputies arrested Johnny A. DeBerry, 58, 200 block of West Marks Street, Swayzee, at the intersection of 1400 East and Ind. 22 on a warrant for invasion of privacy.

Monday, 1 p.m., deputies arrested Patty L. Smith, 43, 1000 block of South LaFountain Street, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Monday, 1:08 p.m., deputies arrested Adam W. Thieke, 29, 3000 block of Terrance Drive, at Kokomo Manor Apartments, on a charge of trespass.

Monday, 4:30 p.m., police arrested Christopher L. Baldwin, 29, 500 block of Bradford Run, at Walnut and Washington streets, on a Miami County warrant for failure to appear.

Monday, 4:53 p.m., police arrested two 13-year-old males in the 1700 block of South Home Avenue, each on a charge of mischief.

Monday, 6:04 p.m., police arrested Eddie R. Smith Jr., 37, 700 block of North Union Street, at that residence, on a parole violation warrant.

Monday, 6:14 p.m., police arrested Tashara R. Harrison, 22, South Bend, at Ulta, 2134 E. Boulevard, on charges of theft and resisting law enforcement. Police also arrested Martine White, 30, South Bend, on a charge of theft.

Monday, 6:40 p.m., police arrested Alberto G. Ferniza, 23, Logansport, on charges of domestic battery, strangulation and neglect of a dependent.

Monday, 11:06 p.m., police arrested Brittany N. Dowden, 30, Cutler, at Pipeline Drive and Centerline Way, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Tuesday, 1:22 a.m., police arrested Cory R. Dowden, 34, 3000 block of Apperson Way North, at that residence, on an in-home detention violation. Police also arrested a 16-year-old male on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol.

Tuesday, 2:11 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old female in the 600 block of Southlea Drive, on charges of residential entry and battery.

Tuesday, 3:31 a.m., police arrested Kathy L. Armstrong, 44, 600 block of South Union Street, in the 800 block of East Markland Avenue, on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Thefts

Friday, 8:33 a.m., a theft was reported in the 8500 block of West 150 South of several items from a pole barn.

Friday, 9:44 a.m., a theft was reported in the 600 block of Elk Drive of a PlayStation 3 and accessories valued at $1,299.

Friday, 11:42 a.m., a theft was reported in the 1700 block of West Taylor Street of a 9-millimeter Taurus handgun valued at $450.

Friday, 4:28 p.m., a theft was reported in the 300 block of Edgewater Lane of $16,000 cash.

Friday, 5 p.m., a theft was reported in the 2500 block of North Main Street of an Xbox 360, controllers and three computer tablets valued at $872.

Saturday, 10 p.m., a vehicle theft was reported in the 2800 block of Branded Boulevard of a Ruger Magnum handgun, a 45-long Colt and ammunition valued at $850.

Sunday, 12:33 p.m., a theft was reported in the 600 block of South Main Street of furniture valued at $1,500

Sunday, 1:08 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 1100 block of North McCann Street of two laptops valued at $1,500.

Sunday, 6:52 p.m., a theft was reported in the 800 block of North Western Avenue of $5,000 cash.

Wednesday, 8:55 p.m., police arrested William A. McKinney, 45, 20 block of South Park Avenue, Peru, on a Cass County warrant.

Thursday, 9:50 p.m., police arrested James Millican, 45, 300 block of West 7th Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated refusal.

Thursday, 10:45 p.m., state police arrested Cameron Cooper, 24, 400 block of West 6th Street, Peru, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Friday 2:55 a.m., deputies arrested Stephen D. Finney, 63, 300 block of East Washington Street, Bunker Hill, on charges of strangulation and domestic battery.

Friday, 5 p.m., state police arrested Tracy Lewis, 63, 3200 block of South 600 East, Rochester, on a charge of habitual traffic violator.

Friday, 10:52 p.m., police arrested Betty J. Surface, 39, 30 block of South Fremont Street, Peru, on charges of public intoxication, resisting law enforcement, trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Saturday, 4:15 a.m., state police arrested Bryan Long, 25, 2500 block of Kelly Street, Peru, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 4:45 p.m., police arrested Kelly Adkins II, 20, 200 block of East 5th Street, Peru, on a violation of parole warrant.

Saturday, 7:25 p.m., deputies arrested Dawn Van Ness, 26, 300 block of West 900 South, Bunker Hill, on a violation of parole warrant.

Sunday, 2 a.m., state police arrested Cole A. Piper, 19, 1700 block of South Deer Park Drive, Peru, on charges of minor in consumption of alcohol and operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 7:30 p.m., deputies arrested Scott Ferguson, 44, 2500 block of South Business U.S. 31, Peru, on a felony charge of operating while intoxicated.

Friday, 3:39 p.m., police arrested John C. Hawkins, 46, 300 block of Mounds Street, Tipton, on charges of attempted battery, pointing a firearm, criminal recklessness, residential entry, burglary and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Friday, 5:36 p.m., deputies arrested Jimmy C. Smith, 35, 1900 block of North Bell Street, Kokomo, on a warrant for failure to appear.

Saturday, 2:36 p.m., deputies arrested Zachary R. Finch, 27, 400 block of East Street, Tipton, on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
