Sunday, 12:43 a.m., police arrested Heather L. Atkins, 29, 2800 block of South Reed Road, at the same address, on two felony theft charges.

Sunday, 1:36 a.m., police arrested Lola F. Mercer, 51, Bunker Hill, in the 600 block of West Taylor Street, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 5:40 a.m., police arrested Kristen N. Grimm, 23, 1700 block of Osage Drive, at Park Road and Philips Street, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Sunday, 5:42 a.m., police arrested Troy E. Bishop, 48, 3600 block of Briarwick Drive, at Defenbaugh and Armstrong streets, on two charges of operating while intoxicated, and on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage crash.

Sunday, 12:38 p.m., police arrested Rick K. Orem, 62, Logansport, in the 100 block of East Vaile Avenue, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 3:27 p.m., police arrested Ashley VanNess, 20, 900 block of South Locke Street, at the same address, on a petition to revoke.

Sunday, 3:32 p.m., police arrested a 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old male, at Apperson Way and Superior Street, on battery charges.

Sunday, 4:37 p.m., police arrested Brandon S. Long, 23, 600 block of Elk Drive, at the same address, on a petition to revoke.

Sunday, 4:43 p.m., police arrested Dustin E. Prince, 22, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, at Washington and Morgan streets, on two charges of petition to revoke, and on an invasion of privacy charge.

Sunday, 5:44 p.m., police arrested Jamar Tyler, 23, 500 block of South Union Street, at the same address, on a domestic battery charge.

Sunday, 6:06 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female, in the 1100 block of South 17th Street, on a felony theft charge.

Sunday, 7:30 p.m., police arrested Stephanie N. Jenkins, 35, 600 block of Uncle Tom Street, Greentown, at Firmin and Plate streets, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.
