Arrests

Friday, 1:53 p.m., deputies arrested Kevin W. Smith, 34, 200 block of South Union Street, Russiaville, at the same address, on felony warrant charges of confinement, theft and residential entry, and on a warrant charge of domestic battery.

Friday, 6:13 p.m., police arrested Robert E. O’Donnell, 50, 500 block of North Webster Street, at Apperson Way and Mulberry Street, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 6:17 p.m., police arrested Cody A. Boller, 24, Jamestown, at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, on a felony theft charge.

Friday, 9:08 p.m., police arrested Melissa Jones, 1900 block of North Courtland Avenue, at the same address, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 11:01 p.m., deputies arrested Perry K. Frey, 53, 1600 block of North Main Street, at Apperson Way and Markland Avenue, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, and on charges of marijuana possession, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended.

Friday, 11:06 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew T. Haseltine, 42, Walton, at the Howard County Jail, on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 11:14 p.m., deputies arrested Stephanie J. Gray, 27, 1200 block of South Dixon Road, at 400 South and 100 East, on two charges of operating while intoxicated.

Friday, 11:27 p.m., police arrested Gerald G. Strother, 31, 800 block of East Hoffer Street, at Firmin and Locke streets, on a warrant charge of non-compliance with in-home detention.

Friday, 11:29 p.m., police arrested Jon J. Casbon, 33, Amboy, at Lordeman and Market streets, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Saturday, 12:26 a.m., police arrested Stephanie N. Adams, 25, 4500 block of Parkwood Drive, at North and Washington streets, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 12:48 a.m., police arrested Derek P. Coleman, 51, Hereford, Ariz., at Taylor and Market streets, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, and on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 1:15 a.m., police arrested Mary E. Majors, 32, 3000 block of Apperson Way North, at Apperson and King Street, on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a syringe, and on a driving while suspended charge.
