Sunday, 4:37 p.m., police arrested Brandon S. Long, 23, 600 block of Elk Drive, at the same address, on a petition to revoke.

Sunday, 4:43 p.m., police arrested Dustin E. Prince, 22, 900 block of South Buckeye Street, at Washington and Morgan streets, on two charges of petition to revoke, and on an invasion of privacy charge.

Sunday, 5:44 p.m., police arrested Jamar Tyler, 23, 500 block of South Union Street, at the same address, on a domestic battery charge.

Sunday, 6:06 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female, in the 1100 block of South 17th Street, on a felony theft charge.

Sunday, 7:30 p.m., police arrested Stephanie N. Jenkins, 35, 600 block of Uncle Tom Street, Greentown, at Firmin and Plate streets, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Sunday, 8:19 p.m., police arrested Thomas A. Offutt, 41, 2800 block of South Bell Street, at the same address, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Sunday, 10:36 p.m., deputies arrested Tonya M. Winchester, 39, 1200 block of South Ohio Street, at home, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Monday, 4 p.m., police arrested Phillip S. Newton, 37, 1300 block of East Taylor Street, at Sycamore and Calumet streets, on warrants for petition to revoke, four counts of theft and one count of attempted theft.

Monday, 5:35 p.m., police arrested John N. Binkley, 68, homeless, at Washington and Barkdol streets, on a charge of public intoxication.

Monday, 5:35 p.m., police arrested Gregory D. Withers II, 35, 3000 block of Matthew Drive, at Albright and Lincoln roads, on a body attachment warrant.

Monday, 6:59 p.m., police arrested Sara J. Langley, 28, Peru, in the 1600 block of South Plate Street, on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Monday, 8:17 p.m., police arrested Cory M. Henninger, 27, 2400 block of North Dixon Road, at Walmart, 1920 E. Markland Ave., on a warrant for petition to revoke.

Monday, 12:02 a.m., police arrested Phillip M. Bryant, 49, Noblesville, at Apperson Way and Harrison Street, on a warrant for petition to revoke.
