Wednesday, 2:39 a.m., police arrested Aaron J. Starrett, 22, Ofallow, Ill., at the Social, 3120 S. Lafountain St., on a charge of public intoxication.

Wednesday, 12:15 p.m., police arrested Devon D. Lynch, 30, 700 block of East Dixon Street, at that residence, on a warrant for domestic violence battery.

Wednesday, 5:49 p.m., police arrested Michael K. Rody, 53, Denver, Ind., at the Howard County jail, on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Wednesday, 7:50 p.m., police arrested Frank E. Guffey II, 29, 1000 block of East Markland Avenue, in the alley in the 700 block of South Hoffer Street, on charges of possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and resisting law enforcement.

Thefts

March 7, 8:17 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 2100 block of North Washington Street.

March 7, 3:48 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 10300 block of East 200 North.

Saturday, 11:14 a.m., a .380 caliber, Smith & Wesson handgun was reported stolen.

Saturday, 2:53 p.m., a burglary was reported in a business office at 1300 block of North 550 West.

Sunday, 4:24 a.m., an attempted burglary was reported at Fast Lane Foods, Russiaville.

Sunday, 10:20 a.m., a theft of cash was reported at North Woods Village, 2233 W. Jefferson Street.

Wednesday, 6:18 a.m., the theft of a gold watch and a gold diamond ring valued at $1,100 was reported from a locker at Chrysler, 2401 S. Reed Road.

March 7, 6:51 p.m., police arrested Lacie Arie-Anne Gunter, 31, Jonesboro, on charges of driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a syringe.

March 7, 11:24 p.m., police arrested Travis M. Gentry, 28, Anderson, on a charge of driving while suspended.

Saturday, 1:32 a.m., police arrested Jeffrey A. Egle, 29, Noblesville, on a charge of possession of a syringe.

Saturday, 7:22 p.m., deputies arrested Kayla M. Ehman, 27, 2800 south block of 200 West, Tipton, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, dealing in a controlled substance and theft.
