Friday, 8:01 a.m., police arrested Lavonski Elliott, 24, 1400 block of West Jackson Street, in the 700 block of South Union Street, on warrant charges of failure to appear and petition to revoke.

Friday, 8:30 a.m., deputies arrested Shiaw L. Lawson, 23, 1000 block of North Washington Street, at the Howard County Courthouse, on a probation violation.

Friday, 9:40 a.m., deputies arrested Leann M. Surber, 29, 300 block of East Main Street, Russiaville, at the same address, on a Pennsylvania warrant.

Friday, 12:24 p.m., police arrested Nicholas N. Hollis, 33, 1600 block of Elmwood Lane, at the McDonald’s restaurant at Lincoln Road and Washington Street, on a felony warrant charge of receiving stolen property.

Friday, 1:50 p.m., deputies arrested Matthew S. Murphy, 21, 700 block of South Union Street, at the Howard County Jail, on a warrant charge of failure to appear.

Friday, 2:55 p.m., deputies arrested Nicholas Enyart, 27, 400 block of East Broadway, at the Miami County Jail, on a petition to revoke.

Friday, 5:12 p.m., police arrested Allen R. Skinner, 48, Hartford City, at Motel 6, 2808 S. Reed Road, on a public intoxication charge.

Friday, 5:50 p.m., police arrested William T. Walker, 21, 1200 block of Kyle David Way, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a felony theft charge, and on a body attachment warrant.

Friday, 7:45 p.m., police arrested a 13-year-old female and a 14-year-old female, at Kohl’s, 2156 E. Boulevard, on conversion charges.

Friday, 9:15 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old male, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on a conversion charge.

Saturday, 12:18 a.m., police arrested Amanda C. Spence, 36, 2700 block of North Delphos Street, in the 2900 block of North Waugh Street, on a felony residential entry charge, and on charges of false informing, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.

Saturday, 12:50 a.m., police arrested Tina L. Clawson, 58, 200 block of East Boulevard, in the 800 block of West Markland Avenue, on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

Saturday, 1:45 a.m., police arrested Derrick E. Bronson, 20, no address given, at Mulberry and Webster streets, on a felony marijuana possession charge, and on charges of illegal consumption, false informing and failure to appear.

Saturday, 5:50 p.m., police arrested Joseph M. Soupley, 29, Galveston, at Gettysburg Drive and Alto Road, on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstruction of justice, and on charges of marijuana possession and possession of paraphernalia.

Sunday, 5:15 p.m., police arrested a 10-year-old male and a 12-year-old male, at Meijer, 2301 E. Markland Ave., on conversion charges.

Sunday, 5:15 p.m., police arrested Jeremy S. Peterson, 28, 400 block of Rainbow Circle, in the 3100 block of South Lafountain Street, on a warrant charge of failure to appear, and on a petition to revoke.

Monday, 4:01 a.m., police arrested Nicholas Sitzes, 20, 3200 block of South Park Road, at the same address, on a warrant for two charges of operating while intoxicated.

Thefts

Thursday, 1:30 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 1300 block of East Taylor Street, with a .17 caliber rifle taken.

Friday, 7:42 p.m., a theft of cash was reported in the 1900 block of North Buckeye Street.

Friday, 11:58 p.m., a theft of a .22 caliber handgun was reported in the 800 block of East Dixon Street.

Saturday, 3:06 p.m., a theft of headphones and a Kindle Fire HD was reported in the 2700 block of North Washington Street.

Saturday, 4:15 p.m., a theft of a black Giant bicycle was reported at Grace Fellowship, 202 E. Jefferson St.

Saturday, 8:03 p.m., a theft of a dagger was reported in the 1100 block of Wildwood Drive.

Sunday, 7:25 p.m., a theft of three electric meters was reported in the 600 block of North Washington Street.
